You can still assign and unassign skill points in Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood, Psijic Skill, Scrying, and Excavation skill trees, but you cannot develop them further, and they are only available on the character you unlocked them for. If you no longer own Greymoor, Antiquities System will stop working after Trial ends. Fortunately, houses acquired in DLC zones will continue to work. The only difference is that when leaving a house, you will not enter DLC zone, but teleport back to the location you were in when you went to the house.
