Diablo 4 Season 7 Lunar Awakening Event: What Rewards Can You Get From This Returning Event?
With the start of the new Lunar Year, Diablo 4 Lunar Awakening event has returned to the Sanctuary. This is a limited-time event that celebrates Lunar New Year with a series of in-game rewards and buffs, allowing the fiery New Year atmosphere to spread to the game.
Lunar Awakening Event Overview
Just like last year, Lunar Awakening event will be available in Seasonal and Eternal Realms. This event starts at 10am PST on February 4 and lasts for 2 weeks until 10am PST on February 18.
During this event in Diablo 4 Season 7, all Shrines in the Sanctuary will be transformed into snake-themed Lunar Shrines, which not only have new appearances, new icons on the map, but these Shrines will also be affected by a phenomenon that gives them amazing powers. Activate any of these Shrines to earn 100% extra XP for 2 minutes and gain enhanced powers. They are charged with earth energy that manifests as radiant light.
Once activated, these Lunar Shrines unleash Miserly Spirits, bringing rewards and the coveted Ancestral Favor Reputation.
There are a total of 10 Ancestral Favor Reputation Levels to earn during this event, with rewards including Diablo 4 Gold, Resplendent Spark, and 6 different Lunar-themed cosmetic rewards to unlock, including the new Trag’Oul’s Consort mount. Once you’ve cleared all Reputation Levels, you can continue to earn additional rewards in the form of Unceasing Gifts from the Ancestors caches and collect event cosmetics at Ked Bardu.
Lunar Shrines Effects
In addition to special enemy drops, these Lunar Shrines grant 100% extra XP for 2 minutes and unique type-based enhancements.
- Artillery Shrine: Casters have a chance to summon a Holy Bomb.
- Blast Wave Shrine: Each explosion summons a chain of bombs.
- Channeling Shrine: Increases attack speed and a chance to reset cooldowns.
- Conduit Shrine: Summons frequent, powerful lightning strikes.
- Greed Shrines: Chance to summon a Treasure Goblin, killing them can net you some nice loot.
- Lethal Shrine: Chance to instantly execute the monster hit, causing surrounding monsters to be terrified. This includes elites, but not bosses and other players.
- Protection Shrine: Reflects all damage you take, with the amount of damage reflected proportional to level and difficulty.
Luckily, these Lunar Shrines can be found throughout dungeons and open world areas, offering lucrative opportunities to collect rare items and speed up your progress.
Event Rewards
As we said before, during the event, your Ancestral Favor Reputation will increase as you activate Lunar Shrines and kill enemies. This lets you redeem Unceasing Gift from the Ancestors rewards, including six Lunar-themed cosmetics, crafting materials, and a coveted new mount.
Additionally, Tejal’s shop has Lunar Awakening Cosmetics and Armor sets for sale, such as Dragon of the Lonely Moon Mount armor and Scholar of the Lonely Moon outfit available for Sorcerer class. Since opportunities are limited, you’ll want to grab them before February 18, 2025.
In addition to the rewards, the event also lets you accelerate your character progression. This is prime time to level up quickly and optimize your build to better prepare for the endgame grind of Diablo 4 Season 7.
However, Weapon Transmogs, Tattoos, and Mount Trophy offered by this year’s Lunar Awakening event are exactly the same as last year, so if you participated in Lunar Awakening last year, the only new thing for you is the new mount. The new mounts look like a mix of the horses from Crypt Hunter Pack and last year’s event horses, but at least there’s something to earn in the game.
To be honest, event rewards like this are more worth the player's time, rather than effortlessly logging into the event to get free cosmetics from the store like Halloween event. After all, a prize that is available to everyone is equal to a prize that is owned by no one.

Diablo 4 Season of Witchcraft is a welcome change for fans of the action RPG, whether you’re a die-hard fan of the D4 series or just want to take a break from Path of Exile 2 map. While there are inevitably some issues with the new season, the release of the latest Patch 2.1.1 will make your life smoother, whether you’re still unlocking Witchcraft Powers or working on getting the perfect gear combination.
The above is all the content of the recent Diablo 4 Season 7 update. As long as you can seize the opportunity of this Lunar Awakening event, you can not only get a lot of rare theme prizes but also help your character to upgrade quickly and survive better in the danger-ridden shelter.

Diablo 4 Season 9 Astaroth ...
Astaroth debuts as a boss in Season 9, but unlike other lair bosses, in order to defeat it, we must complete Escalation Nightmare, which is also a new endgame mechanism added in the new season. How To Find Astaroth? In this dungeon connected by 3 Nightmares, we must continue to advance in order to encounter the new Astaroth boss at the end. Get Sigils The first step is to get Escalation Nightmare Dungeon Sigil. These new Sigils can only be obtained by completing Horadric Strongrooms. However, the spawn rate of Horadric Strongrooms is very high, and in addition to Sigil, this is also a great way for you to get all Arcanas and even recipes for making jewels. After you get some new Sigils, you’ll notice that they have several affixes similar to the ones we find in normal Nightmare Dungeon Sigils, but we also get new affixes, and basically they either make enemies more deadly or make you weaker. So read the description of the Sigil before opening it, choose the one you think is best and go for it. Run Escalating Nightmares Season 9 has been really fun so far, and Escalating Nightmares is one of the main reasons why. This activity is very similar to Infernal Hordes, so if you liked Infernal Hordes, you’ll enjoy it too. The way Escalating Nightmares works is that when you open a dungeon, it has a few affixes that are more challenging than a normal Nightmare Dungeon, and these affixes keep stacking, which is why each new dungeon becomes more challenging. I think this idea is great, because not only can you get a ton of Diablo 4 gold, gems, materials, and most importantly XP with one dungeon key, but they’re also fun in their own right. Once you reach Tier 3, the rest is up to your luck, and things can get pretty crazy at times. Other Tips Last but not least, here are a few things I think are important to note when running Escalation Nightmare Dungeons: Treat these dungeons like you would The Pit, and don’t forget to use Elixirs and Incenses to farm more efficiently. Depending on which Torment difficulty level you’re in, you’ll have access to different Tempered gear and quality gems. If you die, you can always go back to town to repair, so you don’t have to stress about it, it just costs you some D4 gold. Never stop moving, some affixes will cause monsters to constantly spawn, so even checking your inventory or allocating some Paragon points can cause you to die unexpectedly at any time. It’s important to upgrade resistances, especially poison resistance. Because, especially at Tier 3, sometimes elite monsters can be very deadly for this reason, and this is also important when dealing with Astaroth boss. Astaroth Battle Strategies Once you have successfully cleared 3 dungeons, the final portal will open, which will take you into Astaroth’s Lair. Once you arrive, you will find him standing on top of Amalgam of Rage, which we know is the first phase of the battle. Amalgam of Rage will breathe fire from each of his heads at you, while Astaroth can summon meteors and indicate where they will fall in a split second. If that wasn’t enough, Amalgam of Rage will jump on you to deal fatal damage. The only way to avoid this attack is to teleport as soon as you see it, and to set up some kind of fortification or barrier and maintain it as long as possible. Once you have done enough damage to Amalgam of Rage, it will begin to regenerate in a pool of blood and venom. Honestly, I think this pool is very similar to the one that Lord Zir can spawn, so basically don’t touch it. At this point, Astaroth will fight you, and you have one goal, which is to kill Astaroth before Amalgam of Rage regenerates, otherwise you will have to face them both at the same time. Astaroth will continue to throw meteors at you, as well as some waves of fire that circle around the edge of the arena. So why is it throwing at this specific location, you might ask? This is because as Amalgam of Rage regenerates, the blood pool will continue to expand, and when it reaches its maximum size, there will be nowhere to escape. Combined with Astaroth’s attacks, it’s simply terrifying. Remember that the poison in the pool has high damage, so the moment you enter the pool, it’s almost game over. If Amalgam of Rage revives, try to focus your fire on Astaroth, because he has more health than Amalgam of Rage, so you want to drain his health as much as possible. This way, the next time after Amalgam of Rage dies, you can definitely kill Astaroth. Of course, if you want to do it the other way around, it may be possible, but it will definitely take longer. All in all, defeating Astaroth isn’t that hard compared to other bosses like Andariel or Harbinger of Hatred, but timing is crucial. Regardless, Astaroth is a significant source of boss materials and gear in Season 9, so it’s definitely worth spending some time farming it!Jul-06-2025

Diablo 4 Season 9 Horadric ...
In our previous Campfire Chat about Diablo 4 Season 9, we got a sneak preview of Horadric Spells, a powerful new customizable spell that will bring some interesting experiences to all classes. It’s a Borrowed Power system, but the customization is very high. In this new system, you need to combine 3 magical conduits: Catalyst, Infusion and Arcana, to form the spells your character needs. Here’s everything we know about Horadric Spells in Diablo 4 Season 9 so that you can use them to make a powerful build when the new season starts next month. 1. Catalysts In Horadric Spell, Catalysts can be considered the foundation of the entire system, as everything needs to be built around it. Catalysts trigger specific Action Bar Skills based on where you place them, and emit purple light. Here are the names of all Catalysts and their specific effects. Celestial Surge (Astral Magic) It awakens an Oracular Rune, which pulls all enemies around your standing position into a radius. After that, A Torrent of Stars skill will randomly attack this radius 20 times, with a 30% chance to trigger Lucky Hit. When you upgrade it to level 10 with Diablo 4 Gold, these stars will periodically fall around you and hit enemies who are about to attack you, causing the same damage. Celestial Surge has an initial cooldown of 15 seconds, which will gradually decrease as you level up, so when you reach level 20, the cooldown is 11.2 seconds. Disintegrate (Arcane Magic) This helps you form an Arcane Conductor and fires a beam between you and it for 8 seconds, dealing very high lightning damage with a 9% Lucky Hit chance. At level 10, enemies in the beam you create will have their movement speed reduced by 50%. This Catalyst has a shorter cooldown of 10 seconds, and only 5.3 seconds at level 20. Propulsion (Arcane Magic) It causes you to create a mana blast that deals some damage to all enemies and knocks them back, and enemies that collide with each other will take additional damage with a 15% lucky hit chance. According to feedback from many players, the favorite Catalyst is Propulsion, because at level 10, enemies that are knocked back for the first time will cast a low-level mana blast of their own, which is very effective for dealing with group enemies. It has an initial cooldown of only 9 seconds, and at level 20 it is only 4.3 seconds. If you put some gear in your build that has been maxed out with a lot of D4 Gold, it can be cast indefinitely. Astral Pillar (Astral Magic) It creates an Ethereal Column in the arena that taunts enemies over 3 seconds. Piercing waves then burst out of it for more damage, which lasts until you create another Ethereal Column or get too far away from it. You have a 12% chance of a Lucky Hit during this set of damage, which is quite impressive. When you upgrade it to level 10, the taunted enemies will become more vulnerable and move faster. Unlike the previous ones, the cooldown of Astral Pillar is not affected by level and is always 7 seconds. Cosmic Anomaly (Astral Magic) This Catalyst is the most special one because it has both active and passive effects. When it is triggered, it will help you summon up to 5 Anomalies and release particles, causing very high damage in 4 seconds. In addition, it will control your Anomalies to gather and explode in the center, causing unpredictable explosion damage. There is no cooldown here but a spawn time, and you can complete a summon every 5 seconds. When it reaches level 10 and has 5 Anomalies, you will be Unstoppable, and the next explosion will cause double damage, with a 20% chance of Lucky Hit. 2. Infusions Infusions change the damage type of your Horadric Spells, and you can think of them as modifiers. And, at level 5, each Infusion can help you disable a specific type of Monster affix, preventing enemies from making an attack that puts you in danger for a while. Here are their specific names and their effects. Smoldering Ember Bonus Damage Type: Fire/Burning Damage Effect: Helps you destroy enemy structures in the arena and has a 10% chance to ignite the ground beneath your enemies. This causes you to deal 150% Burning damage over 5 seconds equal to your highest damage type bonus. Disabled Monster Affix: Chilling Winds Corrosive Vapor Bonus Damage Type: Poison Damage Effect: Enemies previously damaged take 150% Poison Damage over 4 seconds, triggering once every 3 seconds per enemy. Your Poison Damage is equal to your highest Damage Type Bonus. Disabled Monster Affix: Vampiric Thunderous Particle Bonus Damage Type: Lightning/Sparking Damage Effect: Each damaged enemy deals 150% lightning damage to surrounding enemies, triggering once every three seconds for each enemy. Your lightning damage bonus is equal to your highest damage type bonus. Disabled Monster Affix: Suppressor 3. Arcana Arcana is the final part of your Diablo 4 Season 9 Horadric Spells and comes in a variety of rarities to give your spells more powerful effects. Alternatively, you can place three Arcana on a spell, and their effects will scale based on your chosen Catalyst. Here are Arcana included in each rarity. Magic Rarity Tendrilous Bundle Tranquil Stone Shifting Powder Luminous Gem Murky Essence Invigorating Helix Bottled Wind Jagged Bramble Reactive Ooze Volatile Crystal Rare Rarity Gleaming Conduit Fractured Core Sapping Crux Potent Alloy Siphoning Gizmo Legendary Rarity Floaty Bubble Nightmare Orb Frigid Heart Pressurized Storm Bloody Charm The above are all the accessories in Horadric Spells added in Diablo 4 Season 9. I hope you can find the most suitable one for your play style through the detailed introduction of them in this guide, and make the most handy one through continuous combination after the season starts. Once again, these are based on the current S9 PTR introduction and may change later. I wish you a happy game!May-28-2025

Diablo 4 Season 8 New Battl ...
When the developers of Diablo 4 announced that they would make large-scale changes to many game contents in Season 8, players have always believed that the current battle pass system in the game is in great need of such a change, because it has always given players the impression that it is not meaningful enough, irrelevant to the theme of the season, and lacks a bit of autonomy in general. In fact, the developers were also aware of the urgent need to change Battle Pass system, so they finally rolled out the reworked Season 8 Battle Pass to all players a week before the official release of S8. In it, it is no longer a linear route, but is divided into different categories so that players can better control the rewards they are most interested in. In order for you to be fully prepared for this very attractive battle pass in Diablo 4 Season 8 Belial’s Return in advance, this guide will introduce you to some changes it has received this season and some specific rewards you can receive in it. Without further ado, let’s start exploring it in depth! Changes To Battle Pass System In the first few seasons of Diablo 4, Battle Pass worked exactly like a rewards track: there were 90 tiers of rewards, 28 of which were free, and the rest were only available after you spent a lot of D4 Gold to get the premium Battle Pass. There was also an accelerated version of Battle Pass, which not only included 90 premium rewards but also 20-tier skips and emotes for each class. Although these rewards are very important for your exploration of Sanctuary, including Smoldering Ashes, armor transmogs, weapons, mounts, etc., you spend a lot of money on them. For those Diablo 4 players who don’t like to spend a lot of Gold here, there are only 28 rewards to claim, and they will only enter this battle pass system at the beginning of a new season and every time there is new content to unlock. But in many cases, these free rewards are not applicable to some of the most popular class builds, so most non-paying players do not have a high degree of autonomy in this type of battle pass, which deviates from the original intention of D4 to promise players free farming and obtain the desired loot and rewards. So the developers have made major improvements to it. Players will see a content called Reliquary in Season 8, which will be officially launched on April 29. This is the new battle pass system in the new season. Here, you will not receive the season rewards you have on a linear track, but will get the corresponding rewards in order in several different types of Reliquary provided to you. According to the announcements released by the developers and some leaked information, there are four types of Reliquary in Diablo 4 Season 8: Belial’s Return Reliquary, Weapons Reliquary, Beasts Reliquary and Armor Reliquary, among which Belial’s Return Reliquary is provided free of charge to all players. The remaining few Reliquaries require you to spend Platinum, which is a paid currency in the game, to unlock. In addition, in the current S8, players will also be provided with a Deluxe Bundle worth 2,800 Platinum, which includes Guise of the Deceiver armor set, Deceiver’s Final Form wings and Orinocta, the Owl Pet for all classes, as well as the opening rights of three non-free Reliquaries. Each reward in Reliquary needs to be unlocked by Favor Tokens you get by killing monsters and completing tasks in the game. The number of tokens required for each reward is about 2-10, and after you unlock all the rewards in Reliquary, you will also be given some additional rewards, such as a piece of armor set in Deluxe Bundle. In short, in the new season, you can choose Reliquary you want to unlock according to the needs of your build. For example, if you need some powerful weapons in your build, you can get some exclusive weapons from the Weapons Reliquary that can be used to enhance your attack capabilities. Or if you want to focus on using a survivable build in Diablo 4, you can get some armor or other defensive gear from Armor Reliquary that can amplify your chances of surviving difficult challenges. In this case, the player’s autonomy in the game becomes higher, and it may also increase the possibility of multiple powerful builds appearing in the game at the same time, making this Diablo 4 return to the original intention of the series itself: giving control back to the player. For Smoldering Ashes that unlocked the battle pass in the previous Diablo 4 seasons, they can be used to improve Season Blessings in Season 8. They can provide more experience points or other additional rewards during the season. In addition, since Diablo 4 is expected to an IP cooperate with Berserk, a comic with the same style in this new season, it is very likely that Event Reliquaries will be launched in May, which may require you to use specific currency to unlock items with unique appearances. Season 8 Battle Pass Detailed List Belial’s Return Reliquary - Free Rewards: Town Portal cosmetic, Weapon Cosmetics, Horse cosmetics And Platinum Additional Rewards: Gloves from of Deceiver armor transmog set Weapons Reliquary - 200 Platinum Rewards: Weapon cosmetics for each class Additional Rewards: Boots from Guise of the Deceiver armor set Beasts Reliquary - 500 Platinum Rewards: Mounts, Mounts cosmetics And Pet Additional Rewards: Legs from Guise of the Deceiver armor set Armor Reliquary - 800 Platinum Rewards: Armor sets for each class And Town Portal cosmetic Additional Rewards: Chest and Helm from Guise of the Deceiver armor set The above is an introduction to the overhauled Battle Pass system in Diablo 4 Season 8 Belial’s Return. I hope you can explore this season with major changes to multiple game contents smoothly, and rely on the newly added Unique items and Legendary Aspects to easily fight all challenges, including your encounter with the returning Belial Boss. I wish you a happy game!Apr-23-2025

Diablo 4 Season 7 Grim Favo ...
As we all know, Grim Favors, as an important resource in Diablo 4 Season 7, is essential for advancing the overall game progress and completing character build. So, do you want to know how to farm them effectively and how to choose the best farming location? Don’t miss this guide! Why Farm Headhunts? First of all, when it comes to farming Grim Favors, the best way must be to clear Headhunt area. Why? In fact, the answer is very simple. Headhunt area is a new area in Season 7, where you will find everything you need to achieve the goals of the new season endgame, including key materials to upgrade your Witch Powers to the highest level. More importantly, get the materials needed to make Occult Gems and farm Grim Favors, which will improve your reputation in The Coven. The Best Strategy To Run Headhunt Efficiently Next, we will show you a method that will allow you to get 1000 to 1200 Grim Favors per hour. What you do is jump from one Headhunt area to another to collect as many materials as possible. This method is much better than staying in one Headhunt area until it expires. To try this strategy, you first open the map, search for a Headhunt area with a low remaining time but no less than 10 minutes, so that you have enough time to farm it as well as possible and head there. Once you arrive, you need to perform Whispers. Once you have collected them, you ignore everything else and jump directly to another area. Following this method, you can probably farm 4 to 6 Headhunt areas per hour. Grim Favors Multiplier In addition to this, one thing we need to know is the number of Grim Favors you can get per Torment level. To explain this as simply as possible, you only need to understand a multiplier here. Let’s say you killed a Blood Maiden, at Torment 1, a Blood Maiden is worth 5 Grim Favors, but multiplied by 10, so killing a Blood Maiden gives you 50 Grim Favors. At Torment 4, a Blood Maiden is still worth 5 Grim Favors, but the multiplier is 20, so this will give us 100 Grim Favors. To make things easier, the following list of Whispers you need to farm already shows the multiplier. So don’t panic when you see that you need to collect 1000 Grim Favors, that’s the equivalent of killing a Blood Maiden or Seething Abomination or Fugitive Heads 10 times in Torment 4. Here are the 5 Whispers you should complete in each Headhunt area: 1. Fugitive Whisper Normal: 5 Grim Favors Torment 1 (x10): 50 Grim Favors Torment 4 (x20): 100 Grim Favors Your main goal in each Headhunt area is to kill the enemies in the area, they may spawn two types of bosses, the first is Headless Husk, and the other is Fugitive Heads. As the name suggests, the difference between the two is that one will drop Heads and the other will not. Just like Blood Maiden in Helltide, you can farm these bosses endlessly, but to do so, you need to click on Exposed Roots that have a chance to spawn an Uprooted Cacoon. The good thing about grinding these bosses is that we no longer need to spend time collecting summoning materials, all you need to do is complete activities in the area and interact with Exposed Root, this alone will give you a chance to spawn an Uprooted Cacoon. In simple terms, when you are in the area, an orange Cacoon icon and notification will appear on the map, please immediately drop what you are doing and go to that place to kill the boss. 2. Harvest Whisper Normal: 3 Grim Favors Torment 1 (x10): 30 Grim Favors Torment 4 (x20): 60 Grim Favors This Whisper will require you to kill specific types of enemies, which will drop orange orbs that you need to collect. Once you have enough orbs, remember to deposit them on Altar to claim Whisper. You just need to open the map and search for Harvest icon, where you will find Altar. This can be done quickly. I strongly recommend going to Altar as soon as you complete it, because if you don’t, there is a high chance that you will forget to claim them. Trust me, this happens a lot. 3. Purge The Rot Whisper Normal: 3 Grim Favors Torment 1 (x10): 30 Grim Favors Torment 4 (x20): 60 Grim Favors This Whisper is also quick to complete, you need to kill 150 Headrotten monsters, this is easy to achieve, especially if you are around Uprooted Cacoon area and keep clicking on Exposed Root, but generally speaking they will spawn from anywhere. 4. Patrol Whisper Normal: 3 Grim Favors Torment 1 (x10): 30 Grim Favors Torment 4 (x20): 60 Grim Favors Here you need to find NPC guard, you can find it on the map by the sword and shield icon, all you need to do is follow him until the 120 monsters in the orange circle are killed. 5. Shepherd Whisper Normal: 3 Grim Favors Torment 1 (x10): 30 Grim Favors Torment 4 (x20): 60 Grim Favors Another Whisper we recommend is Shepherd. There you will find 4 lost animals and you need to escort them back to a safe zone, which happens to be a tree. Every time you interact with an animal, some monsters will appear, just kill them so the animal is free, then follow the animal back to the tree. Related: Diablo 4 Promotions & Giveaways Why Aren’t The Other Whispers Worth Completing? Sure, there are other activities that give you 60 Grim Favors, like Wisps Whisper, but they take longer. So overall, they’re not worth it. And the other Whispers only give you 20 Grim Favors, so even if they’re cool or fun, it’s totally not worth it. You can make better use of your time by heading to another area, so just ignore them. Once you have finished all Whispers mentioned above, leave this area and go to the next area with less time remaining and repeat. Other Tips Catching Caches At Ravens Besides this, the most important tip we can give you is to check your Whisper progress and pick up caches at Ravens immediately. This is crucial because you don’t want to notice that your progress is always 0 after you have been happily killing and farming. So why Raven? Because it is a brilliant move by the developers, it allows us to store Whispers instead of teleporting back to Tree of Whispers. Hopefully, they will implement this mechanism in Helltide in the future. Cleaning Up The Inventory Another thing to consider is to keep your inventory clean and not pick up equipment that has no signs of higher affixes, so as to avoid being forced to discard some valuable items when your inventory is full in the later stages. Therefore, it is recommended that you can sell some items that you don’t need at the moment before you start farming, which will not only earn you extra Diablo 4 Gold but also clear your inventory as soon as possible. Using Draught Of Whisper Finally, be sure to open a bottle of Draught of Whisper before exploring Headhunts, which increases your chances of encountering Fugitive Heads by 50% and can be used with other potions. To sum up, these are the best ways and noteworthy tips to farm Grim Favors in Headhunt area. If you follow this method, you can collect thousands of Grim Favors in a short period of time! Good luck!Feb-06-2025
