Blizzard has released patch 2.7
Blizzard has released patch 2.7 for Diablo 2 Resurrected ahead of the start of season 4 on May 4. The latest update brings some buffs to the Assassin and Druid classes, as well as a change to the Next Hit Delay system. This change will allow certain skills to land on a single enemy in quick succession where they would have been affected by a shared cooldown before, resulting in improved damage consistency.
Additionally, four additional character slots have been added across all online modes, allowing players to partake in season 4 without having to delete any of their old characters. Characters that have been transferred to non-ladder from previous seasons will have their respec counter reset, providing players with more opportunities to experiment with their builds.
However, players are advised to transfer any items from ladder season 2 to regular storage before season 4 begins, as they will lose access to these items once the new season starts. Finally, Druids can now shapeshift directly between Werewolf and Werebear forms, making it easier to gain the bonuses from both forms. This is great news for players using the Metamorphosis Diablo 2 Resurrected Runeword introduced last season.
This season marks the final season of Diablo 2 Resurrected before the highly anticipated release of Diablo 4. Season 4 is an opportunity for players to start fresh and prove their skills by bringing their favourite class to level 99 faster than anyone else. With the added improvements and changes in patch 2.7, players can look forward to an even more exciting season of Diablo 2 Resurrected.

Diablo 4 Season 8 Virtual C ...
Although Diablo 4 can be considered a stand-alone game, it can actually be played online and has some in-game transactions. The developers have made a lot of money from players through the battle pass, limited-time skins, and mounts launched each season. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to call this game a “semi-stand-alone game”. However, this part of the transaction is not transparent to players because these developers deliberately confuse their value, making it difficult for players to figure out how much money they have wasted on these contents. Recently, Consumer Protection Cooperation Network (CPC) coordinated with European Commission to publish a set of guidelines specifically for virtual currencies in games, with the aim of protecting children and people who are susceptible to gambling temptations, as well as providing a more transparent player experience and complying with EU consumer protection laws. The virtual currency here does not refer to in-game currencies such as Diablo 4 gold or POE 2 currency, but refers to currencies such as FIFA 25 Points and Diablo 4 Platinum. In-Game Virtual Currency Principles CPC Network lists the following non-exhaustive key principles that CPC expects video game companies and gambling operators to follow when offering in-game virtual currency: 1. Product value display should be clear and transparent. 2. Practices that conceal the cash required for in-game digital content and services should be avoided. 3. Practices that force consumers to redeem unwanted in-game virtual currency should be avoided. 4. Consumers should be provided with clear and understandable pre-contract information. 5. Consumers’ right of withdrawal should be respected. 6. Contract terms should be fair and written in simple and clear language. 7. Game design and gameplay should respect different consumer vulnerabilities. These terms are intended to make the value of in-game virtual items more intuitive and understandable, and also to prevent developers from secretly manipulating and inflating the value of virtual items. And players as consumers have a right of withdrawal. These provisions are not laws, but a set of guidelines agreed upon by national authorities within the alliance that regulate gambling activities. This means that if a gaming company does not follow these guidelines, anyone who sues the company will have the support of national authorities and is likely to win. So the effect is immediate. Will Diablo 4 Be Affected? Undoubtedly, yes! Aside from the transactions between Diablo players, the game publisher has also introduced a currency called Platinum in the game. It is different from Diablo 4 Gold. It is a “premium currency” specifically used to unlock passes or limited skins. For example, it takes 1,000 Platinum to unlock a season pass, which is about 10USD, but the developers of Diablo 4 will not show you this when you intend to unlock the pass. And this is exactly the opacity that CPC wants to eliminate. Game developers must clearly mark the value of their virtual products. And because of the existence of this clause, “Should avoid forcing consumers to invest in unwanted game virtual currency.” Players will be able to unlock these in-game contents directly with cash, rather than exchanging cash for Platinum in the game and then using them to unlock in-game virtual items. The key point of virtual currency is that it can distinguish the value you actually get from the amount you have to use. Since digital assets can be freely distributed, while companies benefit from people using currency for short-term consumption, they actually prefer you to use and recharge virtual currency as much as possible because this is the driver of their ongoing revenue. Therefore, people not making frequent consumption and becoming conservative with virtual currency will hurt the revenue of game publishers. These provisions will effectively combat situations where in-game items cost $6 to unlock, but you can only redeem $5 of virtual currency. Diablo 4 often faces this problem in Platinum, where the 1,000 Platinum pack is too little to unlock most skins, but the 2,800 Platinum pack will leave some Platinum to entice players to continue consumption to “not waste”. In other words, this clause will combat the practice of game developers forcing consumers to consume. What Should Diablo 4 Do? In order for game publishers to avoid being investigated by state laws due to Consumer Protection Act, any electronic games or other content released should be reviewed and modified if necessary. These new key principles will bring significant changes to many existing games because they target practices that are currently common in the market. If the developers of Diablo 4 fail to complete the review and transformation in time, they may face a fine of up to 4% of their annual turnover. In any case, this is a good thing for players. This new clause does not affect the exchange of Diablo 4 Gold and items between players, but mainly targets the publishers of the game. Currencies such as Platinum will not disappear in a short time, because the value of these virtual currencies is not fixed and can be manipulated by game developers at will. However, publishers, including Diablo 4, should mark the real product value below the virtual items. If this policy is implemented smoothly, we can predict that other game manufacturers, including Diablo 4 developers, will use the trick of “using virtual currency is more favorable than using real money” to attract players to exchange their virtual currency with real money. The actual results of these new guidelines remain to be seen. All companies need some time to adjust, and the changes should happen in the next period. Perhaps we will see these changes in Season 8. Although this only applies to players in Europe, once there is a clear and mature set of rules regarding in-game virtual items, it will be beneficial to all consumers.Mar-25-2025

Diablo 4 Season 7 Best Barb ...
In the season change of Diablo 4, the build you use in the game will be divided into leveling builds and endgame builds according to different end goals. The criterion for judging the best leveling build is that your character levels up very quickly. But unfortunately, even in Season 7, Barbarian still upgrades very slowly, which makes it very difficult to make the best Barbarian leveling build. However, due to its enhanced attack ability in the current season, you can enhance its killing speed and mobility through some of the build options you choose for it, making this build more powerful. To cut down on the cost of time and energy spent on crafting your build, this guide will show you the right skills and gear to place in your best Barbarian leveling build, so that you can target farming for these specific items or attributes during the exploration process to achieve your goal of getting into the endgame stage faster. Best Barbarian Leveling Build Overview In fact, the best Barbarian leveling build in the current season is a variation of Bleed Thorns Barbarian build, which is more suitable for clearing regular enemies or monsters during the leveling stage rather than difficult boss encounters. And in the improved Barbarian build, the ability to clear large groups of monsters will be greatly increased, which is very suitable for leveling stages that need to farm a lot of experience points and Diablo 4 Gold. Active Skills As just introduced, in this best Barbarian leveling build, all you need to focus on is the damageability of Barbarian in the process of clearing enemies and maps, especially Thorns with a lot of continuous damage. So when you choose active skills for it, please prioritize skills that can cause more damage to Thorns, and then skills that can effectively control groups of enemies. Here are some active skills that can be recommended for you. Flay Rend Challenging Shout Rallying Cry Rupture Wrath of the Berserker With the skill points you have, you only need to maximize Rend and Wrath of the Berserker, as they provide more and better benefits to your build. The rest of the skill points can be used to invest in your passive skills or upgrade them to higher levels to obtain any other active skills that are useful for your build. Passive Skills Again, when picking passive skills, you also need to focus on those that can increase your Thorns damage. The rest of you can choose passive skills in the order to improve offensive ability, defensive ability, and quality of life. Here are some passive skills recommended for you and some specific skill points. Endless Fury Imposing Presence Belligerence Outburst Tough as Nails Swiftness Thick Skin (1/3) Defensive Stance Counteroffensive Pit Fighter No Mercy Heavy Handed Gushing Wounds Two passives to look out for here are Outburst and Tough as Nails, which can significantly increase your Thorns damage, especially when you have a lot of max health. Also worth mentioning is Gushing Wounds, which increases your bleed damage in proportion to your build’s critical hits, making it easier to get a one-hit kill. But if you don’t care about critical hits, you can also replace it with Barbed Carapace, which will increase the damage of your already very powerful Thorns in your build. Witchcraft Powers Once you enter Season 7, you will be amazed by the 25 different Witchcraft Powers available to you this season. You can use them to make your build more powerful offensively and defensively, and for the current best Barbarian leveling build, you can choose from the following powers. Aura of Siphoning: It poisons all nearby enemies, and when upgraded, the siphon aura heals you when you deal damage. Shaken Soul: Eldritch power applies Vulnerability to enemies, and when upgraded, this effect is also applied by Psyche and Growth & Decay powers for half the duration. Aura of Misfortune: Slows down non-boss enemies. Upgrading it will increase your movement speed, potentially making you immune to attacks from nearby enemies. Hex of Whispers: Every 5 seconds, inflict a Hex of Whispers on the next damage dealt. The target takes shadow damage and passes Hex to another target. Soul Harvest: When you use the cooldown, you get a bonus Primary Core Stat for each nearby enemy. Vengeful Spirit Savant: Every some seconds, you summon a Vengeful Spirit that lasts for some seconds. This spirit absorbs all damage you take. Since Occult Gems, another new Diablo 4 Items in this season, can only be crafted in the endgame, we won’t be covering the gems that can be put into an optimal Barbarian endgame build here. Gear Like the skills you choose for this optimal Barbarian leveling, the build you pick here will also be centered on increasing Thorns and Bleed damage. Here are the recommended items to put in each gear slot, but be aware that some Uniques and Legendary Aspects will require you to spend a lot of time and Diablo 4 Gold to farm. Aspect of Might - Helmet Aspect of Disobedience - Chest Armor Aspect of Anger Management - Gloves Undying Aspect - Pants Craven Aspect - Boots Aspect of Inevitable Fate - Amulet Aspect of The Umbral - Ring 1 Aspect of Berserk Fury - Ring 2 Needleflare Aspect - 2H Bludgeoning Aspect of Burning Rage - 1H Weapon 1 Vehement Brawler’s Aspect - 1H Weapon 2 When you have all the above gear in your build, they will work perfectly with Witchcraft Powers you chose: you will always be Berserking and Fortified, and your movement speed will always be increased. More importantly, enemies will always be Vulnerable, which will make your other damage types more powerful. That’s all the skills and gear options for making an optimal Barbarian leveling build in Diablo 4 Season 7. Hopefully, with the help of the items and skills in this guide, you can get through this very long stage faster and challenge the bosses in the endgame stage as soon as possible. By the way, if your progress in D4 is very slow or even stagnant because of lack of gold or items, you can use the giveaway channel in iGMeet Discord to get some gifts, which may make your exploration more comfortable. Have fun playing!Feb-09-2025

Diablo 4 Season 7: How To P ...
It has been almost two months since the release of Diablo 4 Season 6 and DLC Vessel of Hatred. If you have experienced them or paid attention to the relevant news, you will know that both works have received a lot of praise during the release period. However, as time goes by, Season 7 is not far away from you. In order to make you better adapt to the next season and fix some deficiencies in Season 6 and DLC, the game developer announced through a recent campfire chat that Diablo 4 2.1 PTR will be opened on December 3. In this way, relevant data and feedback can be collected to ensure the balance, functionality and suitability of the new content. Among all the known updates of 2.1 PTR, the changes of the new class Spiritborn are undoubtedly the most eye-catching. As a new class launched in Vessel of Hatred, it has always shown stronger performance than other classes. Although this allows players who play Spiritborn to no longer need to obtain some additional weapons, effectively saving Diablo 4 Gold, it destroys the balance of the game. With that in mind, we’ll take a look at the overall changes coming to 2.1 PTR, with an emphasis on Spiritborn’s various tweaks. 2.1 PTR Overview While Season 6 brought some welcome additions, the game’s developers say Season 7 will once again pack a ton of new content. The next season is expected to launch in January 2025, and in a campfire chat, the game’s producers revealed much of what you can expect in the new year, and a detailed description of the newly released PTR patch. New Features And Highlights The 2.1 PTR will be available from December 3 to December 10, 2024. Major highlights include the new Armory - an area in town where you can save or swap character builds with other players. The second new addition is Witchcraft powers, including Eldritch, Psyche, and Growth and Decay. Also coming soon is the dreaded Headrotten, a new enemy available to you in Headhunt sub-area. Moreover, thanks to 2.1 PTR, Diablo 4 will later feature weaponized amphibians that you can summon using Witchcraft. In addition, if you defeat Headrotten boss in 2.1 PTR, you will get new insertable Occult gems, new runes, many legendary aspects, and new unique items that all classes can use. Promote Communication Between Players And Officials In fact, if you and more other players participate in the experience of 2.1 PTR and are willing to submit relevant feedback, it will be beneficial for the official construction of the seventh season of the game, and you will get a better experience in the next season. Based on this, you can share your views through the in-game feedback tool or visit Diablo 4 PTR forum. Related: Diablo 4 Promotions & Giveaways With Season 6 coming to an end on January 21, you will first get familiar with the new features of Season 7 after participating in PTR. Although all elements of PTR are still under development and may change, it is certain that most of the fresh content will be waiting for you in the full version in early 2025. Adjustments And Changes To Spiritborn Since its launch, there have been feedbacks that Spiritborn, as a new class, has too much power. In response to this, the game developers first made preliminary adjustments in the mid-term update of Season 6, and said that they would further optimize in Season 7 to ensure the balance of the game. Therefore, 2.1 PTR is the pre-test content of Season 7, which naturally includes various changes to Spiritborn. Skills Adjustments Spiritborn can use many skills. In order to balance the abilities of this class, some of its available skills have been adjusted as follows: Enhanced Thunderspike: Vitality generation increased from 5 to 7. Accelerated Thunderspike: Vulnerability duration increased from 2 seconds to 3 seconds. Sharp Thrash: Ferocity gain increased from 1 to 2. Stinger: Damage increased from 70% to 77%. Enhanced Stinger: Damage increased from 50% of base damage to 60%. Concussive Stomp: Damage increased from 40% to 50%. Enhanced Concussive Stomp: Maximum barrier increased from 30% of maximum health to 40%. Invasive Payback: Cooldown reduced from 15 seconds to 8 seconds. Touch of Death: The group ignores invincible enemies. Razor Wings: Maximum active Razor Wings increased from 12 to 15. Changes To Spirit Hall As one of the important mechanisms available to Spiritborn, Spirit Hall has also received many changes. Take Centipede Primary Spirit Hall as an example. In the past, when you hit an enemy with Centipede skill, its damage would be reduced by 2.5%, and it would be slowed by 10% for 3 seconds, which could be stacked up to 8 times. When you enter 2.1 PTR, hitting an enemy with Centipede will reduce its damage by 2%, slow it by 10%, and cause 70% poison damage in 6 seconds, which can be stacked up to 8 times. In addition, the delay before the rewards of Eagle Secondary Spirit Hall are reset has been increased from 2 seconds to 4 seconds. In fact, the entire 2.1 PTR update content covers all aspects and is very rich. It is completely worth your experience. After all, this will also help you prepare for Season 7 in advance. In addition, if you want to accumulate more game materials recently, you can enter iGMeet Discord, where the eighth giveaway event for Diablo 4 Season 6 is being held. It is worth noting that today is the last day of the event.
