Path Of Exile 3.25: How To Defeat Black Knight In Settlers Of Kalguur? - Location & Fighting Method & Loot
The highly anticipated Path of Exile 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur has been released! In this patch, the developers have added a lot of new content. Black Knight is an exclusive boss added this time, and it brings new boss mechanics and new loot rewards.
Because of these new things, every player should try it. However, because of the mechanics of the game, you rarely have the opportunity to fight Black Knight directly, so you can wait until one day when you have a lot of time, and then slowly explore according to the location and fighting method of Black Knight introduced in this guide!
Location Of Black Knight
Black Knight can be found in Starfall Crater. If you run the map frequently, you may see a new area open at a random location. Its entrance looks very much like a Twisted Burrows, which is also in Settlers of Kalguur.
This boss is level 83, so you can safely assume that Starfall Crater appears on level 16 maps. It should be explained that in Settlers of Kalguur league, many new mechanics have been added to encourage players to explore the map more, and Nameless Seer has been added to players.
So you can get some random unique items and map divination abilities, so you can predict where Starfall Crater will appear on the map. The best way to find Black Knight is to explore easy-to-run T16 maps, which will also increase your chances of finding Starfall Crater.
Here you should be careful to avoid exploring difficult maps such as Maze, Dungeon, Cage, and other non-linear maps.
Black Knight’s Mechanics
Black Knight possesses a variety of abilities that are tied to undead mana and dark magic. Understanding these mechanics is essential to developing an effective strategy to defeat him.
Undead Minions
Black Knight constantly summons waves of undead minions to overwhelm the player and their defenses. These minions include skeletons, zombies, and ghost warriors, each with their own unique abilities.
Curses And Debuffs
Black Knight casts a variety of curses and debuffs that weaken the player’s combat effectiveness. These curses reduce resistance, drain health, and hinder movement.
Spectral Attacks
Black Knight uses dark magic and spectral weapons to launch devastating attacks. These attacks include powerful melee attacks, ranged dark magic projectiles, and area denial abilities.
How To Fight Black Knight?
After you find Black Knight, there is only one point to note: you must fight him head-on. When you alternate between performing two or three actions on him, he will also perform a Whirling Blade’s attack and then dash in a linear direction.
When you get close to Black Knight, he will punch you. At this time, you need to pay special attention to his 180-degree piercing projectile attack. If your max health is over 3,500 and your suppress and resist are both very high, you will most likely survive. Otherwise, it will be very difficult to defeat him.
When Black Knight’s health drops to 80% or 40% of its original health, it will enter a second phase and become invincible. In addition, it will summon some Verisium Pillars to attack you and shrink the size of the arena, making it impossible for you to hide. At this time, if you hide behind a pillar to avoid his beams, his lasers will penetrate the pillars you used to defend yourself after a few seconds. Don’t stand still. Hurry to the next pillar. You may need to move three times in the complete process.
When the boss’s health drops to 60% or 20%, it will become more invincible and summon rock storms. At this time, Verisium Meteors will fall from above you and attack you. During this period, you need to dodge these flying objects constantly, so make sure you are very mobile before fighting.
After its last invincibility phase, you will fight it again. The rock storm will continue to fall, and once it hits you, you will take more damage. However, if you have any culling mechanics in your build, this stage will be very easy for you, as the boss is now very close to elimination range.
If you die in any of the stages, you will respawn at the entrance of Starfall Crater instead of your hideout. You can reenter and continue fighting Black Knight. However, in the feedback we have received so far, many players have reported that they cannot enter Starfall Crater after respawning. This may be random, or each stage may give you another chance to retry.
Loot After Defeating Black Knight
After you defeat Black Knight, you will receive a unique item, Svalinn Girded Tower Shield, and it will also drop some runes that can be used for forging. If you don’t need these runes, you can exchange them for POE Currency in the new market.
The best rewards for this boss encounter are Verisium deposits scattered around the arena or crater. You will find five Verisium deposits, including one extra large deposit. Mark or mine all Verisium Ores and leave the rest to your workers. These Verisium Ores are very valuable in Kingsmarch, so you should try to fight Black Knight every time you see a Starfall Crater.
If you encounter any problems in Path of Exile 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur or have the experience to share with other players, you are welcome to come to iGMeet Discord to communicate. In addition, you have the opportunity to get POE Currency in it. Come and participate!
After reading this guide, are you more confident in your battle with Black Knight? I hope this guide can help you in your battle!

Path Of Exile 3.24: Is The ...
In this guide, we're venturing into the fascinating realm of character builds in Path of Exile 3.24 Necropolis League. Our focus lies on the Ngamahu's Flame Cyclone Berserker, a powerful build residing within the Marauder class. Pros & Cons Now, let's explore the pros of this build in greater detail. Firstly, the clear speed is exceptional. Utilizing Cyclone, you sustain perpetual motion, delivering a thrilling whirlwind experience as you effortlessly decimate foes. Moreover, this build offers impressive single-target damage output without requiring extensive investment. However, let's address the cons as well. The primary concern lies in survivability. Despite incorporating multiple defensive layers, this build necessitates proximity to enemies, rendering it vulnerable to incoming attacks. Furthermore, as a Berserker, you inherently endure a 10% increase in damage taken, exacerbating the survivability challenge. About Ngamahu's Flame Axe Ngamahu's Flame Axe features a unique built-in skill, Molten Burst, triggered with a 20% chance on melee hit, akin to Molten Strike. This presents an excellent opportunity for a trigger build with high attack speed. Cyclone distinguishes itself as the optimal skill for triggering Molten Burst due to its swift attack speed and the capability to move while executing attacks. With approximately 20 hits per second on a single enemy, Molten Burst becomes a reliable source of damage. The skill can be supported by 6 support gems, and the axe doesn't require its sockets to be linked, simplifying the build assembly. Enhancing damage further, players can anoint their amulet with Vengeant Cascade to make projectiles bounce, and utilize Point Blank Support for up to 30% more damage. Budget Of This Build To begin tackling endgame maps on a budget, you can kickstart with approximately 90 chaos. However, to smoothly progress to yellow maps, it's advisable to invest around 150 chaos for a more comfortable experience. For easily completing your Atlas, I recommend investing around 6 Divine Orbs. Otherwise, your survivability won't be enough, and you'll end up dying a lot. You need 2 mandatory unique items for this build. The primary and pivotal component is the Ngamahu's Flame Axe. It instantly converts 60% of your physical damage into fire, provides 20% fire penetration, and initiates Molten Burst upon hits, significantly amplifying single-target damage. Next, we also need the Stampede boots, which guarantee that our movement speed is always 150% of its base. This is great because now we can replace the regular Cyclone with Cyclone of Tumult for a lot more damage and AOE effect for clear speed. Performance Ratings I will analyze whether this build is suitable for POE 3.24 Necropolis League from these 3 aspects: clear speed, boss damage and survivability. Clear Speed: When assessing the clear speed, this build shines with an impressive rating of 9 out of 10. The Cyclone skill emerges as a standout feature, facilitating effortless traversal across varied terrains and swiftly dispatching enemies, enabling uninterrupted movement. Boss Damage: When assessing the damage on bosses, this build achieves a flawless rating of 10 out of 10. The introduction of the Cyclone of Tumult significantly amplifies attack speed, leading to more frequent activation of Molten Burst. As a result, even the most formidable bosses are swiftly brought to their knees within mere moments. Survivability: When evaluating the survivability of this build, it attains a rating of 7 out of 10. Although bolstered by substantial life reserves, permanent Fortify, heightened armor, evasion, and spell suppression, the build is not without its vulnerabilities, particularly in close-quarters combat scenarios. This inherent risk becomes more pronounced, especially when facing off against high-tier maps without sufficient investment in fortifying survivability attributes.Apr-10-2024

Path Of Exile 3.24: The 3 M ...
Hi, fellow gamers! Welcome to a fresh build guide for the Path of Exile 3.24 Necropolis League. This time, I'll walk you through 3 minion-centric builds that come highly recommended. If you're keen on trying out any of these builds, you'll find all the necessary information in this guide. Mage Skeletons Guardian Let's start with this classic minion build which is the Mage Skeletons Guardian with the Templar class. Remember how transforming regular skeletons into Mages required the Unique jewel Dead Reckoning? Thanks to the new transfigure gems, this is no longer the case. Now, with the Summon Skeletons of Mages, you can naturally summon Mage Skeletons without needing any Unique items, and at a much lower cost. This makes Mage Skeletons an even better minion build option than before. Pros & Cons Here are some pros of this build, starting with survivability. With the Guardian Ascendancy, you get nearly a 75% chance to block both attacks and spells, significant life regeneration, and the new Summon Sentinel of Radiance that absorbs 20% of the damage you take. This build is particularly safe to play because it's a minion build. You can stay behind your minions and kill enemies from a distance. Additionally, the Summon Elemental Relic provides 3 damage auras for you and your minions at no extra cost, significantly boosting your boss damage. The cons is that Mage Skeletons can't move, which means that you need to keep re-summoning them while clearing maps. And this version lacks the 30% boost to all elemental resistances for you and your minions. As a result, your zombies and specters might die from Elemental damage if you don't prioritize minion resistance on your rare gear. Budget As for budget, this build is more affordable than ever. You can start destroying early endgame maps with around 50 Chaos. For advanced Yellow Maps, it's recommended to invest about 120 Chaos. To easily complete the Atlas, around 4 Divines Orbs is suggested, but it's definitely possible to succeed with less investment. Performance Ratings For clear speed, I'll give it an 8 out of 10. This build have numerous skeletons launching projectiles at a rapid casting speed. I deducted 2 points because the mage skeletons don't move, requiring constant resummoning. Additionally, the Guardian does not get the Flesh Offering speed boost like the Necromancer. The boss damage is also amazing, deserving 9 out of 10. With the new Returning Projectiles Support, 100% of projectiles will hit enemies twice. However, since it's not as powerful as the nerfed Anomalous Faster Projectiles Support, I took 1 point out for this. When it comes to survivability, I rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. This build has a robust array of defensive layers, including high armor, a 75% chance to block attacks and spells, and a minion that absorbs 20% of the damage for you. Plus, being a minion build, you are far from danger most of the time. Archer Skeletons Guardian Now, let's take the previous build to another level with the Archer Skeletons Guardian. By now, you're probably familiar with the popular Mage Skeletons build. Thanks to the new transfigure gems, we can now utilize Archer Skeletons as well. Pros & Cons Let's look at the pros of this build. Unlike the Mage Skeletons build, it has a much smoother clear speed and can deal even more damage to bosses. It's also easy to assemble, requiring only 1 mandatory Unique item that is quite affordable. As a Guardian, you benefit from 3 damage auras for free and have a minion that absorbs 20% of the damage you would otherwise take. Now, let's address the cons. While this build is still very tanky and safe, it's not as tanky as the Mage Skeletons version because of having less block chance. However, if you are mindful of your positioning, it will still be difficult for enemies to kill you. Budget In terms of budget, this build is inexpensive. You can effectively clear earlygame maps with an investment of only around 80 Chaos. For smoother progression into Yellow Maps, I suggest allocating approximately 150 Chaos. To facilitate easier completion of the Atlas, consider investing around 4 Divines. However, it's entirely feasible to achieve success with less investment. The only mandatory Unique item required for this build is the Lioneye's Vision armour. This piece already provides the Pierce Support and enables us to add another support gem for our skeletons. Performance Ratings In terms of clear speed, this build deserves a rating of 9 out of 10. The abundance of Archer Skeletons rapidly firing arrows at a high attack speed significantly contributes to its effectiveness. Unlike the Mage skeletons version utilizing the Spell Echo Support, we can effortlessly summon 4 skeletons simultaneously in various locations, thereby enhancing their range of destruction. The boss damage output is equally impressive, with a rating of 9 out of 10. This build excels at decimating formidable bosses within a matter of seconds, even with the recent buffs. Regarding survivability, I would also assign a rating of 9 out of 10. The playstyle ensures that you remain distant from the fray while your minions handle the combat with over 990,000 effective HP. The only deduction in rating is because of the absence of a staff, resulting in slightly reduced block chance and effective HP compared to the Mage Skeletons version. Poison Raging Spirits Guardian Then, we have a remarkably potent endgame build: the Poison Raging Spirits Guardian. This build capitalizes on the ability to summon many Raging Spirits, enabling us to accumulate a staggering amount of poison on our adversaries. By opting for the Guardian subclass, although sacrificing a slight portion of damage output, we gain nearly triple the survivability. Pros & Cons When considering the pros of this build, its boss damage stands out prominently. Upon completion, we're capable of swiftly dispatching even the most formidable bosses in just seconds. The build boasts exceptional survivability, benefiting from all the defensive layers inherent to a Guardian on a minion-focused setup. Speaking of cons, it's essential to acknowledge that this build may not be suitable for everyone. It demands a substantial amount of currency to assemble. Additionally, there's the challenge posed by the short duration of Raging Spirits, necessitating frequent interruptions to resummon them. Budget In terms of budget, this build requires a significant investment, typically necessitating at least 10 Divine Orbs. It's considered relatively expensive to assemble because of the need for 4 mandatory Unique items. The first essential item is the United in Dream sword, which bestows the Envy Aura, inflicting substantial chaos damage to our minions. Additionally, it grants them a 60% chance to poison enemies upon hits. Another crucial piece is the Darkness Enthroned belt, featuring 2 Abyssal sockets necessary to achieve a 100% chance to poison on our minions. In addition, it has become imperative to obtain Covenant body armour, which provides Level 29 additional chaos damage support for our Raging Spirits, greatly increasing their chaos damage output. The Ancient Skull serves as another indispensable item, granting a substantial increase in damage and attack speed to our minions. Performance Ratings In terms of clear speed, I'd rate this build at 9 out of 10. While it boasts numerous fast minions capable of obliterating enemies within seconds, their short duration necessitates frequent re-summoning, hence the deduction of 1 point. For boss damage, it unquestionably merits a perfect score of 10 out of 10. With the potential to exceed 30 million DPS, this build effortlessly dispatches any boss encountered in the game. Regarding survivability, it also earns a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. As a minion-focused build, you naturally remain distant from danger, but this particular build incorporates numerous defensive layers from the Guardian Ascendancy, resulting in an effective HP of 250,000. That's all for today! What are your thoughts on these minion builds in Path of Exile 3.24? Wishing you a fantastic day ahead, and remember to keep building!May-19-2024

Unraveling the PoE 3.22 Bla ...
The resurgence of the Blast from the Past event in Path of Exile's 3.22 league brings back the iconic Kalandra mechanics, promising a whirlwind of unique challenges and rewards. In this comprehensive guide, we dissect the Tablet Mechanic and delve into the exclusive Kalandra Jewelry, providing a roadmap for maximizing your rewards in the second November event. Understanding Kalandra Mechanics from the 3.19 Patch Kalandra, once released in a lackluster state, underwent significant changes in the 3.19 patch. Initial issues, such as loot distribution favoring magic monsters and player dissatisfaction, led to a shaky start. However, the league-specific nodes in the Lake of Kalandra hold valuable rewards, especially when battling map bosses and encountering rare drops. A learning curve in understanding loot placements and a shift from magic to rare monsters contributed to the league's eventual profitability. 1. Tablet Mechanic in PoE Kalandra League The Tablet Mechanic is a core element of the Kalandra League, and understanding its nuances is crucial for successful runs. Each zone in the game houses a Kalandra interactable tablet, with different layouts offering varying challenges and rewards. Here's a quick overview: How To Avoid A Bad Tablet? Identifying a bad tablet is key to optimizing your runs. Characteristics of a bad tablet include a Reflection of Tyranny node with four notches, indicating a higher chance of undesirable rewards. Ideal tablets should follow a 'snake' layout, avoiding branching paths. How To Get A Good Tablet? Creating an effective tablet involves focusing on more notches for rarer loot types and positioning the tablet further from the entrance for higher quantity of loot. Rare tiles, like Reflection of Paradise and Reflection of Kalandra, offer exceptional rewards. Aiming for a 5x5 layout enhances the overall path length and loot quality. Tablet Optimization - Special Tiles and 'Swap' Strategy Unlocking special abilities like Reroll, Skip, and Exile significantly improves tablet options. Banning specific nodes, especially those associated with defeating packs of infested creatures, enhances the chance of encountering rarer tiles. Swap a Reflection with another Reflection can be strategically used to 'waste' a move. Tablet Building For Kalandra League Start Initiating your Kalandra journey requires unlocking all three Exiles/Bans for a significant multiplier in good options. Prioritize bans by completing tiles at difficulty 8 and above, particularly focusing on Legion and Beyond tiles. Reroll and skip unlocks are beneficial but less essential. Additional Tips: - Utilize the option to convert a water tile into an empty tile strategically. - Early in rolling, if a 4x5 tablet appears, consider using the rare "Destroy This Tablet" option for a chance at a superior 5x5 tablet. 2. Kalandra Exclusive Jewellery (Reflecting Mists) The Kalandra-exclusive jewelry and Reflecting Mists stand as major rewards in the league. Understanding the RNG Reflecting Mist and the highly coveted Ethereal Reflecting Mist is crucial for maximizing benefits. RNG Reflecting Mist While the RNG Reflecting Mist tends to be lackluster in most cases, occasionally, it yields exceptional items. The rarity of this mist makes it akin to opening stacked decks, with the potential for god-tier items. Noteworthy is the possibility of obtaining Kalandra-exclusive bases through the RNG Reflecting Mist. Ethereal Reflecting Mist - The Jackpot The Ethereal Reflecting Mist offers unparalleled crafting potential by allowing players to choose the item for reflection. This enables the creation of items with more synergistic modifiers, and it can even 'flip' certain modifiers into negative values. While extremely rare, its impact on crafting is comparable to Hinekora's Lock. Valuable Insight: - The magnitude of the Ethereal Reflecting Mist scales with the difficulty of the tile, making higher difficulty tiles immensely valuable. 3. Best Strategy For Blast From the Past Kalandra (Trade Only) For those engaging in trade, a proven strategy from the 3.19 Kalandra league remains effective for the Blast From the Past event: - Purchase tiles, especially those lacking premium options, for a specific tile type. - Run the entire tablet, with POE currency drops covering costs. - RNG Reflecting Mists obtained during these runs can yield drops equivalent to 1+ mirror shard in value. Kalandra Tip: - Fast mapping synergizes well with Kalandra, maximizing in-map Kalandra events per hour. In conclusion, navigating the Blast from the Past event's Kalandra mechanics demands a blend of strategic tablet building, insightful use of Reflecting Mists, and a touch of trade expertise. Whether you're a veteran of the Kalandra League or stepping into its challenges for the first time, this guide equips you with the knowledge needed to triumph in the 3.22 league.Nov-21-2023
