Exploring the Top 10 Solo Self Found (SSF) Builds in Path of Exile 3.22
Path of Exile 3.22, known as the Trial of the Ancestors league, has ushered in significant changes to the Solo Self Found (SSF) meta. SSF players, who rely on finding their gear without trading, have a unique set of challenges and opportunities when it comes to building powerful characters. In this guide, we'll delve into the top 10 SSF builds that are excelling in the current league.
1. Boneshatter Build
Boneshatter is the dominant force in SSF, with approximately 70% of players opting for Juggernaut, 28% for Slayer, and a few others choosing different ascendancies. Boneshatter's popularity lies in its adaptability. Players typically begin with Sinvicta's medal and then transition to a well-rolled two-handed rare axe. Unique items like Tanu Ahi and Carnage Heart provide substantial power, especially for Juggernaut versions. Boneshatter remains the go-to choice for many SSF players.
2. Summon Raging Spirits (SRS) Build
With an 8% meta share, the Summon Raging Spirits build is another strong contender. While the Necromancer version of SRS revolves around poison, the Guardian version has gained popularity in this league. The latter focuses on elemental upfront damage, making it a hit in SSF. The Darkness Enthroned unique belt is a popular choice for this build, offering valuable benefits.
3. Righteous Fire Build
Righteous Fire secures the third spot in the SSF meta. While Inquisitor and Juggernaut are popular ascendancies, Chieftain sees more experimentation in SSF. Elementalist lags behind due to unique item restrictions. Righteous Fire builds in SSF often require Orth's End or specific tattoos to maximize their potential.
4. Explosive Arrow Ballista Build
The Explosive Arrow Ballista build is a reliable choice for SSF players. It stands out as the top bow build, offering safety and target-farmable gear. Porcupine Divination Cards and Shrieking Essences of Dread are key items to kickstart this build.
5. Lightning Arrow Build
Lightning Arrow follows closely behind the Explosive Arrow Ballista build. Deadeye is the preferred ascendancy for this bow build due to its effectiveness. Artillery Ballista compensates for its single-target damage weaknesses, making it a versatile choice.
6. Ignite Detonate Dead Elementalist Build
Known for its impressive damage output even with minimal gear, the Ignite Detonate Dead Elementalist build is a solid boss killer. It's accessible and beginner-friendly, making it an excellent choice for SSF players.
7. Tornado Shot Build
Tornado Shot, a classic bow skill in Path of Exile, remains relevant in SSF. Known for its high clear speed and single-target damage, it's versatile and scales well with gear and passive tree choices. A Dex Stacking Tornado Shot build can dish out massive damage and handle all content with ease.
8. Hexblast Mine Build
The Hexblast Mine build has gained popularity in the 3.22 league, especially among SSF players. It's a Saboteur-based build that leverages Hexblast and Mine mechanics for high damage and quick map clearing. What makes it attractive for SSF is its independence from specific unique items, allowing players to progress using self-found gear.
9. Toxic Rain Build
Toxic Rain is a cost-effective and powerful SSF build that doesn't rely on expensive gear. It's flexible and can be played as a Trickster or Raider, making it a versatile choice for SSF players.
10. Frost Blades Build
Frost Blades offers a balanced mix of melee and projectile damage, making it an excellent choice for SSF. It provides solid clear speed, good single-target damage, and doesn't require specific core items or niche synergies.
These top 10 SSF builds cover a wide range of playstyles and preferences, allowing solo players to excel in the challenging world of Path of Exile 3.22. Each build has its unique strengths and weaknesses, providing diverse options for SSF adventurers.

Path Of Exile 3.26 Pause Fu ...
If you’re a fan of both games in Path of Exile series, you’ve been busy lately! You were originally only focused on POE 2 Dawn of the Hunt league, but the first game’s 3.26 new league was recently announced to be launched soon. The league is named Secrets of the Atlas and is expected to be launched on June 13. Although more information will be announced at the press conference on June 5, some news about 3.26’s new features and mechanics have been leaked, and the most popular one is undoubtedly the addition of the pause function. Based on this, we will introduce you to the information related to this feature and speculate on how it may affect the entire game after the launch of POE 3.26. How Will The Pause Function Work? Unlike the combat elements in casual games, in ARPGs like Path of Exile series, combat is the main source of your character’s survival and the core gameplay of the game. Therefore, it is normal for a virtual battle to take more than ten minutes. The higher the difficulty of the battle, the longer it takes. But this is likely to cause real-life problems, such as when someone knocks on the door while you are fighting, or you receive an important call that you have to answer. If you ignore it and focus on the game, you may miss the instant message, but if you leave the battle, your character will be killed and you will lose XP and POE currency you have earned. Obviously, the new pause function was born to solve this problem. To be honest, there is nothing to explain in terms of mechanism. It just allows you to pause the game in battle to solve real-life problems. Or you can also utilize this function to unlock more skill points for “temporary” upgrades during the battle to win more safely. This Function Is Not Original Considering the characteristics of ARPG, there should be other games on the market that have added similar pause functions, including even Path of Exile’s own sequel. The pause function was added to the game when POE 2 was first released in December last year. Perhaps because it was well received by players, the development team decided to add it to 3.26 league after half a year. But if you have played POE 1 before, you should have found that it also had an automatic pause function. When you open any full-screen menu in the game, or when there is an uncontrollable accident such as network delay, the battle will automatically pause to prevent you from suffering losses. However, in order to prevent players from exploiting this loophole, such as trying to find more safe areas in the battle by repeatedly pausing so that the challenge of the battle is weakened, the game will not automatically pause when you fight a pinnacle boss or other difficult battles in Path of Exile. Impact On Gameplay Whether it is automatic pause or passive pause caused by your operation, the key issue is still “randomness”. It is not ruled out that you will encounter situations where you have to pause the battle due to accidents, but if you abuse the pause, it will undoubtedly destroy the balance and playability of the game. Since 3.26 has not yet been launched, more details about the pause function may have to wait until the press conference to know. But in fact, according to the setting of automatic pause, it can be inferred that the development team will probably consider the problems you can think of. The problem of possible abuse of the pause function should be solved by adding no-pause zones like automatic pause, or setting a maximum number of pauses for simple battles. After all, in general, the pause function is still necessary. To be honest, as an ARPG player, you should also understand the feature of long game battles, so it is best to arrange your game time reasonably based on the pause function to ensure that you will not be disturbed by the outside world when entering the battle, especially the difficult boss battle. Read More: What Exactly Does Path Of Exile Have In Content For The 3.26 Expansion: Secrets Of The Atlas? Noteworthy 3.26 Endgame Changes Based on the trailers that have been released and the names of the new leagues, it can be inferred that the endgame changes of 3.26 will focus on Atlas and the map device. For example, you can reroll elder and conqueror guardian maps through Orbs of Horizon, or change the guardians on the area and map device. In addition, a new inventory grid will be added to the map device to facilitate the placement of areas you want to explore in order. The Connection Between POE 1/2 As games belonging to the same series, the continuity of the main story of Path of Exile is not very strong, so the connection between the two games is not close from the perspective of the plot. But there are many connections between other elements. Whether it is the setting and selection of classes, the way of fighting, or the currency and trading system, there are many similarities between Path of Exile 1 and 2. Of course, in order to ensure their respective playability, they also have some exclusive gameplay. However, from a practical point of view, without affecting the independence of the game, the two games can completely introduce the basic functions that each other has, just like POE 2 pause function introduced by 3.26 this time. As for POE 2, which is being improved, the first game has more places to learn from after more than ten years of development. If POE 2 wants to launch the official version as soon as possible, learning from 1 is an indispensable learning process. In any case, from 3.26 League and the upcoming release of POE 2 patch 0.2.1, it can be seen that the entire Path of Exile series is moving forward steadily and is bound to occupy a more important position in ARPG market in the future.May-28-2025

Path Of Exile 3.25: How To ...
Path of Exile 3.25 introduces Settlers of Kalguur league, bringing a novel mechanic that encourages players to explore the map to collect key resources that are essential to growing your settlement. In addition, with adjustments to various Ascendancy classes, certain starting characters will experience a smoother start after this update. We have selected the best starting character builds in Path of Exile 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur for you. In Path of Exile 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur league, character builds that can quickly complete the map to collect new resources tend to be more popular. Although many of the selected builds perform well in a Softcore Trade environment. But in most cases, if you pay more attention to the character’s survivability and tankiness, the performance in Hardcore mode will be similar. Here are some of the best Starter builds for Path of Exile 3.25 League: Archmage Frostbolt Ice Nova Hierophant Lightning Strike Slayer Elemental Hit of the Spectrum Warden Bleed Ground Slam Zoomancer Necromancer In Path of Exile 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur League, players need to focus on powerful starting character builds while managing resources, including in-game POE Currency. In addition, if you are looking for more game resources, there is a Giveaway feature in iGMeet discord, which will occasionally release product gift information. Remember to stay active in the discord group. 1. Archmage Frostbolt Ice Nova Hierophant With the update of Settlers of Kalguur League, many builds have experienced slight enhancements or nerfs because of these adjustments. In particular, Archmage Frostbolt Ice Nova Hierophant has received significant defensive buffs, making this already very strong new character build one of the top choices in POE 3.25. The core gameplay of this build is to fire frostbolts that quickly spread into a massive Ice Nova AoE effect, which eventually returns to the player and causes continuous frost AoE damage. It is one of the best map clearing builds, and is therefore considered one of the excellent starting character choices in Path of Exile 3.25. 2. Lightning Strike Slayer With the launch of Path of Exile 3.25, the already very strong Slayer Ascendancy build may become even stronger, thanks to significant buffs to its survivability. One potential advantage of this build in the new league is Strength of Blood passive skill, which significantly increases physical damage mitigation for Slayer. In terms of gameplay, Lightning Strike Slayer focuses on using melee attacks to release lightning, which will hit targets and chain and bounce around the map. Despite being a melee build, Lightning Strike has surprisingly long range and moves quickly. 3. Elemental Hit Of The Spectrum Warden While new Ascendant class, Warden, is less well known due to replacing Raider, we can still draw some initial conclusions based on what we’ve seen so far. Warden’s reliance on the use of tinctures and enhanced survivability through bark makes it a natural fit for Elemental Strike League entry build. This build moves quickly around the map, firing bouncing arrows around the map in a fast and precise manner. This allows you to not only clear the map efficiently, but also focus on defeating bosses with the high attack speed and damage output of your targeted arrows. 4. Bleed Ground Slam Chieftain This league has shown a heavy preference for melee mechanics, making Bleed Ground Slam Chieftain a strong entry choice into PoE 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur League. Bleed builds have traditionally been high risk with potentially high reward, but with all the updates and adjustments, it promises to be one of the strongest choices yet. With this build, you’ll be able to slam the ground, unleashing a cone of destructive force while applying a powerful bleed effect to all enemies hit. Once you have the right build for Bleed Ground Slam, the cone will cover a massive radius, stretching almost to the edge of your screen and covering nearly 180 degrees in the direction you slam. 5. Zoomancer Necromancer Summoner builds continue to hold their place in the list of starting builds for League, and this season is no exception. Zoomancer Necromancer build, however, brings an entire kitchen sink of minions to do its building. The gameplay of Zoomancer Necromancer allows you to command over 70 minions at once, and as the name suggests, can quickly cover enemies with your zoo. As you progress in this build, you’ll eventually be able to tackle the most difficult content in PoE 3.25 with just your summons, without having to intervene in combat yourself. With a carefully selected starting character build, players can better adapt to the changes in League and further expand their adventures in PoE 3.25.Jul-29-2024

Path Of Exile 3.24: Discove ...
Welcome, fellow players! Let me share an effective setup for Champion aura stacking with you today. In the new League in Path of Exile 3.24, some new Uniques appear, and I will pick the Hand of Phrecia to stack the Champion aura and explore the interaction in this setup. However, for the most part, this setup is very limiting in terms of build scope. I do believe that this setup can be effective. You just need to find the right avenue to go down to make the best use of this combination of mechanics. I will show the potential of these 2 unique items together for the Champion. Champion Ascendancy The Champion ascendancy has the Inspirational notable which grants 30% increased aura effect and another 5% on the small node as well, and it also makes Banner skills have no Reservation, which is quite important to how many Reservation skills you're going to want to fit in with a setup like this. Passive Tree The passive tree paths up into the Scion starting area, grabs the Mana Reservation Efficiency Mastery for 3 points, and then through the Evasion wheel, going into the Ranger's starting area for the Charisma wheel and also taking the Mastery for 8% increase damage per aura affecting you. That Mastery is going to provide a great value for 1 point spent in this type of build, and then the tree also passes up the side of the Scion area to grab the Leadership wheel too for even more Mana Reservation Efficiency and aura effect. Instead of socketed gems being supported by Level 30 Generosity, we have socketed gems have 49% increased effect of Non-Curse aura from your skills, and this simulates those socketed gems being supported by Level 30 Generosity while also using the Hand of Phrecia. This current setup is using Grace, Determination, triple Purity, and Defiance Banner, and you can find that just with the scaling on this small passive tree, we're already at 42k Evasion, 30k armor, and 84% Maximum Elemental Resistances. Hand Of Phrecia The Hand of Phrecia will allow you to use Generosity Support to provide a huge aura effect boost to linked auras, which allows you to gain the aura effect from this support gem whilst the aura itself still affects you because the gloves have a modifier which states that auras only affect you and linked targets. Victario's Influence This unique body armor is very common and is typically used in builds to either support other players via a bunch of auras or empower the player's minions. It grants a large amount of Reservation Efficiency to socketed gems and supports those gems with Level 30 Generosity Support. The cool thing about Victario's Influence though is that it's so common that you can just purchase these cheaply or find enough of them to corrupt them with Vaal Orbs for a corrupted implicit. Skill Gems This build has all of its Mana reserved, but this is without using a helmet or any jewel sockets, so you can easily free up more Reservation Efficiency to pay skill cost with Mana. This will provide enough Mana for skill usage. So in this setup, there are all Level 20 gems improved to Level 21 with the Victario's Influence modifier, which grants +1 to socketed aura gem levels. You can corrupt these gems to be Level 21, which would bring their total gem levels to 22. In an aura stacking build, this extra 1% may seem trivial, but it's crucial. The aura effect breakpoint for gaining additional Maximum Resistance from these auras shifts from 25% to 20%. You're looking for +2 to the level of socketed aura gems or +2 to the level of socketed AOE gems. You could fix the sockets after hitting the corruption if you wanted to use Tainted Jeweller's Orb and Tainted Chromatic Orb. Final Thought This is just an example. You could use the classic Champion's best belt - Perseverance to make use of the arm and Evasion. You could instead choose to spec into Iron Reflexes on the tree and go for more of an armor stacking setup, but you’re unlikely to scale a Breach Core body armor for that type of build. If you didn’t want to use the triple Purity aura setup, you could instead go for a single Purity and drop the other 2 and then make use of Purity of Elements for the elemental ailment immunity that it provides and use melding of the flesh to gain all Maximum Elemental Resistances based on a single Purity of Elements that you chose to go with.Apr-14-2024

Path Of Exile 3.24: How To ...
Hi, players! In this guide, I'll demonstrate how to acquire the Mageblood from the Ritual and provide you with the steps to attempt it yourself. The Ritual has become the main source of income for this new Necropolis League in the Path of Exile 3.24, allowing me to get or craft most of the gear I have so far. Without wasting time, let's dive in! Types Of Ritual Scarabs As for the types of Ritual Scarabs, this includes having the Ritual on the Atlas Tree, as well as using the new the Ritual Scarabs introduced in POE 3.24. Typically, I use 2 of the Ritual Scarabs of Abundance. The 2 remaining slots can be used for either the Ritual Scarabs of Selectiveness or the Ritual Scarab of Recognition for more Tribute if your map has unique enemies such as Rogue Exiles, or simply just Blood-filled Vessels for more mobs, a faster spawn rate, and much more Tribute. Also Read: The Tides Of Time Unique Belt Is Ideal For Pathfinders In Path Of Exile 3.24 Necropolis! Atlas Tree Setup On the Atlas Tree, we can now temporarily spec into Immutable Dogma. This no longer lets us roll but grants 100% more Tribute, allowing us to get the expensive Mageblood outright without having to keep deferring over time. It'll need 1 or 2 Divine Orbs to get it to 4 flasks, but other than that, it's great! However, there are a few Atlas Map nodes which are super important for the Ritual: Voll's Devotion: This ensures that you get four the Ritual Altars each map for more Tribute. Ritual Special Reward Chance: These give us a better chance at the Rituals with either Uniques, currency, or divination card rewards. Profitable Prayers: To allow re-rolling 2 additional times. Sacred Lands & Smaller Ritual Special Reward Chance: With these, we can guarantee the Ritual in every map without a vessel or the map device craft. How To Get Ritual Scarabs? There is no guarantee with the Ritual, as typically a lot will revolve around luck, but you can still find a lot of valuable items if you know what you're looking for. In this instance, the Mageblood came from an Apocalyptic Ritual in a map, one of the higher tier types which only offers all Uniques, all currency, or all divination cards. Combined with 2 of the Abundant Scarabs and some luck, we managed to hit it. It's likely you won't be able to get it outright because of the Tribute cost, but as long as you can defer the item, it'll be secured for a future map and we can buy it later. This is now essentially locked in, and we can go and retrieve it on the next map. Ritual Special Rewards So, how do we know when we find one of the rarer the Rituals? They typically have a different POE 3.24 model. All the Altars which are surrounded by a fence like the Sanguin Altar will have the rarer special rewards table. The same again here for the Volatile Altar. They will also have typically more difficult modifiers to justify the increased rewards. The rarer Altar on the left and the more common on the right. Both can provide good loot. Just the special loot tables will always offer Uniques, divination cards, or even currency. Conclusion Ritual is super low investment cost with only vessels or scarabs, otherwise we can now get 100% chance for Ritual Altars on the Atlas Tree. A lot of luck is involved, but you have the chance to get some real valuable items if you know what you're looking for. After you have your Atlas Tree set up, it's just a case of running as many maps as you can, taking the valuable rewards, and hoping you get lucky. Hope you get lucky with the Ritual, and I'll see you in the next one, Exiles!Apr-15-2024
