Elder Scrolls Online July 2025 Roadmap: What Events Can You Earn Rewards From?
In the hot summer, playing games at home may be a more comfortable choice than going out for a trip or exercising! Especially in those MMORPGs, even if you don’t do any quests, just wandering around in the open world can make you have a happy day.
Based on this, some MMORPGs choose to launch many new events from July to August to ensure that you can have a fulfilling summer. According to the July 2025 roadmap, Elder Scrolls Online will be a good choice to kill time.
ESO has arranged so many events that although only one-third of July has passed, some events are approaching or have already ended! But it doesn’t matter, we will introduce those that you can continue to play in time!
July 2025 Daily Login Rewards
This should be regarded as the basic welfare activity of the game. As long as you log in to the game every day in July, you will have the opportunity to get ESO gold, crafting materials, research scrolls and Luminous ink for Scribing as rewards.
And the longer you log in, the better the rewards you get. At least in July 2025, you can even get an adorably spooky pet this way!
Free Scribing Feature
This feature was introduced in Gold Road chapter in 2024. It allows you to customize yourself with more powerful combat capabilities by combining scripts and grimoires, but it requires consuming gold.
However, starting from July 10, 2025, as long as you claim The Second Era of Scribing quest in the crown store, you can unlock and experience Scribing and all related content for free.
July’s Golden Pursuits Scribing For All!
On this basis, Elder Scrolls Online further launched Golden Pursuits event in July. From July 10 to August 7, if you have not experienced Scribing feature before, Scribing For All! event will help you get familiar with it; if you already know how to utilize it, you can directly win rewards.
It is expected that you can win gold, Luminous Ink, and Scribing Altar, a pair of Flame Atronach Crown Crates, and even have the opportunity to master new skill styles through your efforts!
Weekend Mini-Event Crazy King
This event is open for a short time, from July 10th to 15th. To get rewards, you need to join the featured queue and win dominance for your faction through fierce battles to obtain available alliance points. Please note that no tickets are available for this event.
Whitestrake’s Mayhem
This event is a classic limited-time PVP gameplay in Elder Scrolls Online. This return time is from July 24th to August 6th. During the event, you can earn tickets by completing the imperial city district daily quest or Cyrodiil or battlegrounds daily quest.
In addition, Whitestrake’s Mayhem also allows you to gain more alliance points and Tel Var Stone gains, combining event tickets to win more rewards.
More About Update 47 And New Dungeons
Although Update 47 and new dungeons are scheduled to be released on August 18, the game development team revealed the preliminary plans and content to you through Update 47 live broadcast on July 1. The main changes in Update 47 that are known include:
- The much-anticipated Mount Swimming functionality will be available, allowing you to ride mounts in water as usual.
- Stackable survey reports, similar to Update 46’s stackable crafting writs will be brought.
As for the new PVE dungeon pack Feast of Shadows, it will provide you with two four-player dungeons to explore. Although the plots and rewards of the two dungeons are different, they are generally related to the theme of Seasons of the Worm Cult.
Dungeon 1 Black Gem Foundry requires you and your teammates to enter Coldharbor manufactory and eliminate the ability to create terrible soul-stealing armaments here after a series of adventures.
In Dungeon 2 Naj-Caldeesh, a group of Argonian necromancers are trying to corrupt and control the ancient xanmeer’s keystone, and you must work with your teammates to stop them.
It should be noted that, like the dungeons in the previous Fallen Banners DLC, the new dungeon pack Feast of Shadows also requires you to have a 2025 Content Pass, 2025 Premium Edition or ESO Plus membership to experience it.
New Crown Store Items
The crown store in ESO will also bring more available items as the game content is updated. Among the new items that will be available in July 2025 are:
ESO Plus Exclusives:
- Statuette: Redguard Warrior
Crafting and Outfit Styles:
- Alliance Accord Arms Pack
- Militant Monk
Houses:
- Shattered Mirror Isle
Furnishings:
- Furnishing Pack: Heart of the Loom
- Statue, Mistress of Nightmares
Mounts:
- Three Banners Veteran Wolf
Pets:
- War Veteran’s Hunting Dog
- Destruction Dale Fawn
Ended July Events
First is June Golden Pursuits Golden Pursuits that lasted until July 8. Since the new Golden Pursuits have already started, no need to regret missing it.
Another July event that has ended, Zeal of Zenithar, actually started at the end of June. It mainly provides a lot of quests to win you the opportunity to get reward chests.
In general, it is completely in time to play most of the July events of ESO from now on, and you can directly experience update 47 and new dungeons by sticking to August! Act quickly!

Elder Scrolls Online: What ...
Elder Scrolls Online is a popular MMORPG set in the world of Elder Scrolls’ Tamriel. Currently, ESO is about to launch a major update covering new companions, PvP updates, and more. Although the focus of ESO in 2024 is Gold Road expansion, the upcoming Update 44 is equally important. Update 44 brings new features and enhancements to the base game experience for all players. This update not only focuses on the expansion content, but also optimizes the game itself, such as greatly improving the novice tutorial, upgrading the item system, and introducing a new Grimoire - Banner Bearer. This Grimoire belongs to Support Skill Line and can provide an AoE buff to teammates. Next, this guide will give you a detailed introduction to more new content about Update 44. Update 44 Is Coming Many players have been looking forward to the release of Update 44, and now it is finally here. Elder Scrolls Online is coming to PC and Mac on October 28th, followed by Xbox and PlayStation on November 13th. Even players who don’t get any of the expansions will enjoy most of what this update brings. This update includes some exciting new features, such as reworked Battlegrounds, new companions, and Scribing Grimoire, waiting for everyone to explore and use. In short, both veteran players and newcomers can make full use of these new features to accumulate some ESO Gold for the game. Currently, Update 44 is available on Public Test Server. This provides everyone who wants to experience the new version of the content in advance, carefully check the changes, and look for bugs or problems. Interested players can visit Public Test Server to try it out and help the development team find and report any potential technical glitches or design deficiencies. New Companions Tanlorin And Zerith-var Elder Scrolls Online will welcome two new allies in Update 44 - Tanlorin and Zerith-var. If you already have an active ESO Plus membership, you’ll get both new allies for free, otherwise you’ll need to unlock them by using crowns in the in-game store. Once unlocked, players can find Tanlorin in Auridon and Zerith-var in Reaper’s March. Taelorin is a non-binary High Elf outcast who uses a mix of Soul Magic and Dragonknight abilities, wears medium armor, and wields daggers as weapons. Zerith-var is a warrior Khajiit necromancer from Order of the Hidden Moon, time-traveled from First Era, who uses his necromantic powers to save fallen souls. With Zerith’s necromancy, every class in Elder Scrolls Online can now be represented by companions. Each companion grants players passive buffs when adventuring with their ally. Battlegrounds Update PvP combat has undergone a major overhaul with Update 44, with Battlegrounds moving from three-way competitions to two-way battles. The traditional 4v4v4 mode will be removed after this update. PvP will mainly provide two battlefield modes: one is a 4v4 competitive mode with four players in each team, and the other is an 8v8 standard mode with eight players in each team. The latter will include some power-ups. It is worth mentioning that even after this major update, some classic battlefield modes that are deeply loved by players, such as Team Deathmatch, Crazy King, Domination, Chaosball (8v8), and Capture the Relic (8v8) will still be retained. The continued availability of these modes ensures that all players, whether new or old, can find a sense of belonging in the familiar gameplay. More strikingly, Update 44 will bring seven new Battleground maps, which are tailored for the new two-sided matches. 4v4 Alik’r Desert Battleground 4v4 Arena Coliseum Battleground 4v4 Castle Courtyard Battleground 4v4 Sewer Battleground 8v8 Bosmer Forest Battleground 8v8 City Streets Battleground 8v8 Temple Battleground Before the upcoming new Battlegrounds, ESO has held a special Battlegrounds Deathmatch Weekend from October 17 to October 22. The event adopts a 4v4v4 battle mode and provides participants with additional Alliance Points as rewards. In addition, a new golden Battleground set piece is also added to the leaderboard rewards. More Exciting Events In Elder Scrolls Online In fact, this is just the tip of the iceberg of ESO’s future plans. Besides the much-anticipated Update 44, the annual Witches Festival Event has also returned to ESO to celebrate Halloween. The event will run from October 24, 2024 to November 6, during which players will participate in specially designed quests and win unique rewards. In November, a series of exciting events will kick off, including a Domination Weekend and the autumn-themed Legacy of the Bretons event. In December, another annual event, New Life Festival, will usher in a new gaming experience and favourable time for players. With these colorful activities and features coming online one after another, plus more secret content that has not yet been announced, Elder Scrolls Online will undoubtedly become one of the hottest games in the hearts of all adventurers. It is worth noting that from now until June 2025, the official promise is to continue to launch various surprise activities to give back to the support and love of the majority of players. Therefore, whether you are a long-lost old player or a newcomer to this fantasy world, now is the best time to return to the world of Tamriel or explore its unknown corners.Oct-25-2024

Elder Scrolls Online: Maste ...
As this year’s ESO Anniversary Jubilee Event is in full swing, many people are wondering where to farm Anniversary Gift Boxes most efficiently. That’s where this guide comes in. Here, we’ll provide you with the 5 best ways to help you get the most drops. Without further ado, let’s get started! Complete Crafting Writs First and foremost is Crafting Writs. Crafting Writs is a repeatable quest in ESO that any certified crafter who is at least level 6 can perform. Completing Crafting Writs will reward ESO Gold, XP, Gift Box, and profession inspiration. Each profession can complete one Writ per day. If you’ve been saving materials, Crafting Writs has to be your fastest way to get Gift Boxes at 7 drops in 3-5 minutes, and you can do these on all characters. Grinding Dolmens The second best way to farm is grinding Dolmens. Dolmens is not only the first choice for XP farming but also one of the important event item drop locations for these popular events. Alik’r Desert Dolmen In Alik’r Desert, expect a full circle to take about 5 minutes, and if you deal at least 3% damage, you can get a Gift Box from each boss’s corpse. And you can use area damage skills before the boss appears to increase your chances, but if there are enough people, it will be difficult to consistently get drops. Other Dolmens If you don’t get drops in this area, head to the closer and quieter area from Dolmens to Wayshrines. In quieter areas, they take a little longer to complete, taking about 7 minutes to complete the circuit. If you’re able to deal enough damage, your drop rate will increase significantly. So are there additional benefits to running Dolmens? If your final Dolmen boss is a group of 3 enemies, you can get up to 3 boxes in a Dolmen and encounter these multiple bosses in a row in a circuit. So you might get up to 9 Anniversary Boxes in about 7 minutes. But it has to be said that this situation is rare. Kill Dragons Also, in this event, you can get boxes by killing a dragon quickly. On average, it only takes a minute or less to defeat each dragon. But depending on the number of players, you might have trouble consistently finding them in time, and you’ll spend more time moving from a spot to other and waiting for them to spawn than actually fighting them. Harrowstorms & Volcanic Vents If you want a change of scenery, or you’re tired of constantly dealing damage to Dolmens and Dragons, try Harrowstorms and Volcanic Vents which will net you 1 Gift Box every 3 minutes. What’s more, the drops will appear in the final drop chest, rather than the boss itself. This means that whenever you launch an attack, you will receive Anniversary Box. Note that for Dragons, Harrowstorms, and Volcanic Vents, smaller areas are ideal for shorter travel distances. World Bosses Finally, since World Bosses have a 5-minute respawn time, you can focus on one boss and get 1 box every 5 minutes. In order to get close to Dolmen rates, you need to go around in a circle as you would do Dolmens. You can do this by checking out other bosses while waiting to respawn, or by heading to a quiet area and selecting 3 bosses to cycle through. I will remind you that although World Bosses in the base game are easier, Vvardenfell World Bosses offer additional event-specific drops, which also add an extra reason to go there. Drops from World Bosses in the northeastern part of Vvardenfell go into chests, so this makes it the easiest to get drops from. Don’t forget, Incursions and World Bosses can also be paired with Daily Quests to earn another Anniversary Box. Finally, I would say don’t spend too much time on Dolmens because activity burnout is real. You can mix in other activities to prevent yourself from burning out. Daily quests like Dungeons, Tales of Tribute, Delves, and others all take quite a while to earn drops, but are still an option to change the number of repeats. Regardless, I hope this information helps you get more Anniversary Gift Boxes! Please enjoy the rest of the event. See you next time!Apr-11-2024

Elder Scrolls Online: Top 5 ...
Elder Scrolls Online players are in for a treat as QuakeCon brings an unexpected five-day surge of 100% XP boost. With Scrolls and Ambrosia at the ready, it's time to capitalize on this opportunity and power through some efficient XP grinding. This article delves into the top five grind spots that can help players earn XP rapidly during the QuakeCon event. 1. Alik’r Desert Dolmens: Alik’r Desert Dolmens circuit offers a convenient and speedy XP grind. With all three dolmens situated near wayshrines, players can easily loop through them. The presence of fellow players on the same grind makes this a collaborative effort. The beauty of this grind lies in its accessibility; even with a non-combat build, players can contribute by dealing a bit of damage to everything. 2. Spellscar, Craglorn: The expansive and popular zone of Spellscar in lower Craglorn is a prime location for efficient XP accumulation. Filled with numerous zombies and quick respawns, it's ideal for those who can handle a fast-paced approach. However, its popularity might lead to congestion during XP events. 3. Skyreach, Craglorn: Skyreach Catacombs in upper Craglorn, while not the best, boasts a crucial advantage - it's instance-based. The ability to reset quickly and refresh mobs without disruption from other players enhances its appeal, especially during XP events. 4. Blackrose Prison (BRP): Blackrose Prison, a group arena in Murkmire, offers exceptional XP gain for time invested. While more challenging, it provides significant rewards. Particularly effective with a partner, the most efficient method involves a two-player group on Normal difficulty, clearing waves until the boss appears. Exiting the instance, resetting the difficulty, and re-entering is a strategic way to maximize gains. 5. Master Writs: For those who appreciate a crafting-focused approach, Master Writs offer a unique path to swift leveling. This method can be expensive, unless you've prepared for an XP event. Specializing in Alchemy and Enchanting is recommended, as these disciplines require less effort to level up. The absence of Style Pages or recipes adds to the convenience. Maximize the Event: During the QuakeCon 100% XP boost weekend, players should remember to don their training gear and utilize XP Scrolls or drinks to enhance the XP gains even further. Additionally, players with ESO Plus subscription and those in a group with at least one other person will benefit from an additional 10% XP boost each. The QuakeCon 100% XP boost event in Elder Scrolls Online presents an ideal occasion for players to dive into intense XP grinding. Whether it's the accessible Alik’r Desert Dolmens, the bustling Spellscar, or the strategic Blackrose Prison, players have several options to choose from based on their playstyle. The event's limited time frame underscores the importance of efficient grinding techniques. As adventurers embark on this XP-boosted journey, they can fine-tune their approach and earn valuable experience points that will help them advance in the world of Tamriel.Aug-17-2023
