Diablo 4 Season 8 x Berserk Crossover Disappoints Players: Why Did The First Crossover Get Such Bad Feedback?
As early as when Diablo 4 developers announced the 2025 roadmap, the mysterious crossover of Season 8 made people excited. When they finally announced that they would cooperate with Berserk, it surprised and expected players. Many players are speculating on what form this IP cooperation will take?
However, the crossover content of Diablo 4 and Berserk is very disappointing. There is no new story line, no carefully made event content, and there are only a lot of new appearances that are used to induce players to consume.
Berserk
Many players of Diablo 4 may not have read this manga. Berserk is a manga created by the late Japanese manga artist Kentaro Miura, with the black swordsman Guts as the protagonist. The background of this story is also full of monsters, violence, blood and betrayal.
Guts obtained Brand of Sacrifice after being betrayed by Griffith. He needs to be on guard against the endless monsters chasing him at all times. And this man who wields Dragon Slayer sword to kill monsters has almost become synonymous with Berserker.
This dark fantasy work has many similarities with Diablo 4, but it is a pity that Diablo 4 does not seem to make good use of these elements.

- Chimimoryo’s Resemblance Emblem
Warhorse of Light Mount Bundle (2800 Platinum)
- Fantasia Mount

- God Hand’s Gift Mount Trophy
Behelits are the new currency during this IP collaboration. Elite enemies can drop Behelits besides Diablo 4 Gold. You need about 400 Behelits to unlock all the free appearances, but you won’t experience any additional plots, just mechanically farming monsters.
As your level gets higher, you will encounter more elite enemies, so getting all the rewards doesn’t waste too much time, but the process is not fun at all.
Another point that makes players feel unhappy is that this time, all the appearances that players want are not free. Including Guts’s Berserker Armor, Griffith’s classic Hawk of Light Armor and his mount.
Although these skins and others are all 2800 Platinum, Platinum requires players to exchange for dollars, not gold. Unlocking all the cosmetics in this crossover takes about $150, which is twice the value of Vessel of Hatred.
In addition, the developers set all the appearances to be limited-time, which makes players who like these appearances feel anxious and ultimately impulse purchases. This IP cooperation method is not only disrespectful to Berserk, but also reflects that the production team of Diablo 4 is not attentive to this crossover and lacks creativity.
Diablo Immortal’s Berserk Crossover
It is somewhat ironic that Diablo Immortal also gets the opportunity to cooperate with Berserk, but does better than Diablo 4. As a mobile game, its cooperation content is obviously more attentive and interesting than Diablo 4.
Players can even participate in the most brutal battle in Berserk, Eclipse, in Diablo Immortal, and survive it like Guts. Diablo Immortal even added a boss fight with the undead Nosferatu Zodd for this collaboration, which is definitely something that fans can cheer about.
Diablo 4 could have done something similar. Players could have earned a Brand of Sacrifice during the event, which would have allowed a steady stream of monsters to appear from all over and attack players. Or recreate one or two classic battles from the comics.
And what did Diablo 4 do? They replaced gold with Behelits and added a couple of cosmetics with no attribute bonuses, and that’s probably all. No new dungeons, no new bosses.
Player Feedback
Players naturally couldn’t give a pleasant face to the crossover content announced by Diablo 4. Players’ complaints mainly focused on the emptiness of the content of this crossover, and the high value of pets and cosmetics.
They can’t even complain more, because this is all the crossover content between Diablo 4 and Berserk. Many players like the cosmetics of this crossover, but the boring crossover content made them give up the idea of unlocking cosmetics.
Diablo 4’s IP cooperation once again verified players’ speculation: the barren content on the 2025 roadmap represents the lack of creativity of this group of developers. They cannot provide players with bold and interesting new content. The so-called IP cooperation is just another opportunity to make money.
The linkage between Diablo 4 and Berserk would have been a wonderful start, but they have messed it up. Unless they can do something to remedy the situation, it will be difficult for players to have expectations for the next IP cooperation.

Diablo 4 Season 7 Best Barb ...
In the season change of Diablo 4, the build you use in the game will be divided into leveling builds and endgame builds according to different end goals. The criterion for judging the best leveling build is that your character levels up very quickly. But unfortunately, even in Season 7, Barbarian still upgrades very slowly, which makes it very difficult to make the best Barbarian leveling build. However, due to its enhanced attack ability in the current season, you can enhance its killing speed and mobility through some of the build options you choose for it, making this build more powerful. To cut down on the cost of time and energy spent on crafting your build, this guide will show you the right skills and gear to place in your best Barbarian leveling build, so that you can target farming for these specific items or attributes during the exploration process to achieve your goal of getting into the endgame stage faster. Best Barbarian Leveling Build Overview In fact, the best Barbarian leveling build in the current season is a variation of Bleed Thorns Barbarian build, which is more suitable for clearing regular enemies or monsters during the leveling stage rather than difficult boss encounters. And in the improved Barbarian build, the ability to clear large groups of monsters will be greatly increased, which is very suitable for leveling stages that need to farm a lot of experience points and Diablo 4 Gold. Active Skills As just introduced, in this best Barbarian leveling build, all you need to focus on is the damageability of Barbarian in the process of clearing enemies and maps, especially Thorns with a lot of continuous damage. So when you choose active skills for it, please prioritize skills that can cause more damage to Thorns, and then skills that can effectively control groups of enemies. Here are some active skills that can be recommended for you. Flay Rend Challenging Shout Rallying Cry Rupture Wrath of the Berserker With the skill points you have, you only need to maximize Rend and Wrath of the Berserker, as they provide more and better benefits to your build. The rest of the skill points can be used to invest in your passive skills or upgrade them to higher levels to obtain any other active skills that are useful for your build. Passive Skills Again, when picking passive skills, you also need to focus on those that can increase your Thorns damage. The rest of you can choose passive skills in the order to improve offensive ability, defensive ability, and quality of life. Here are some passive skills recommended for you and some specific skill points. Endless Fury Imposing Presence Belligerence Outburst Tough as Nails Swiftness Thick Skin (1/3) Defensive Stance Counteroffensive Pit Fighter No Mercy Heavy Handed Gushing Wounds Two passives to look out for here are Outburst and Tough as Nails, which can significantly increase your Thorns damage, especially when you have a lot of max health. Also worth mentioning is Gushing Wounds, which increases your bleed damage in proportion to your build’s critical hits, making it easier to get a one-hit kill. But if you don’t care about critical hits, you can also replace it with Barbed Carapace, which will increase the damage of your already very powerful Thorns in your build. Witchcraft Powers Once you enter Season 7, you will be amazed by the 25 different Witchcraft Powers available to you this season. You can use them to make your build more powerful offensively and defensively, and for the current best Barbarian leveling build, you can choose from the following powers. Aura of Siphoning: It poisons all nearby enemies, and when upgraded, the siphon aura heals you when you deal damage. Shaken Soul: Eldritch power applies Vulnerability to enemies, and when upgraded, this effect is also applied by Psyche and Growth & Decay powers for half the duration. Aura of Misfortune: Slows down non-boss enemies. Upgrading it will increase your movement speed, potentially making you immune to attacks from nearby enemies. Hex of Whispers: Every 5 seconds, inflict a Hex of Whispers on the next damage dealt. The target takes shadow damage and passes Hex to another target. Soul Harvest: When you use the cooldown, you get a bonus Primary Core Stat for each nearby enemy. Vengeful Spirit Savant: Every some seconds, you summon a Vengeful Spirit that lasts for some seconds. This spirit absorbs all damage you take. Since Occult Gems, another new Diablo 4 Items in this season, can only be crafted in the endgame, we won’t be covering the gems that can be put into an optimal Barbarian endgame build here. Gear Like the skills you choose for this optimal Barbarian leveling, the build you pick here will also be centered on increasing Thorns and Bleed damage. Here are the recommended items to put in each gear slot, but be aware that some Uniques and Legendary Aspects will require you to spend a lot of time and Diablo 4 Gold to farm. Aspect of Might - Helmet Aspect of Disobedience - Chest Armor Aspect of Anger Management - Gloves Undying Aspect - Pants Craven Aspect - Boots Aspect of Inevitable Fate - Amulet Aspect of The Umbral - Ring 1 Aspect of Berserk Fury - Ring 2 Needleflare Aspect - 2H Bludgeoning Aspect of Burning Rage - 1H Weapon 1 Vehement Brawler’s Aspect - 1H Weapon 2 When you have all the above gear in your build, they will work perfectly with Witchcraft Powers you chose: you will always be Berserking and Fortified, and your movement speed will always be increased. More importantly, enemies will always be Vulnerable, which will make your other damage types more powerful. That’s all the skills and gear options for making an optimal Barbarian leveling build in Diablo 4 Season 7. Hopefully, with the help of the items and skills in this guide, you can get through this very long stage faster and challenge the bosses in the endgame stage as soon as possible. By the way, if your progress in D4 is very slow or even stagnant because of lack of gold or items, you can use the giveaway channel in iGMeet Discord to get some gifts, which may make your exploration more comfortable. Have fun playing!Feb-09-2025

At the same time, have you unlocked the rewards of Season 6 Battle Pass? The armory in the Season 6 Battle Pass is really cool. Of course, the armor in Season 7 Battle Pass is also very cool. Compared with the blue armor in Season 6, the armors in Season 7 equipments are dark and mysterious. This matches the theme of Season 7, Witch Power Season. The story on Season 7 is a continuation of season story. Players need to get a task from the Witches of Hawezar faction to find the heads stolen by the Tree of Whispers. These stolen heads will wander around the shelter, looking for a suitable body. Players and Hawezar witch faction are mutually beneficial. Players protect Sanctuary as wanderers, and Hawezar Witch faction teaches players Witch Powers. Battle Pass Battle Pass has a total of 90 unlockable rewards, 28 of which are free and can be unlocked by all players. Battle Pass provides players with resources such as Diablo 4 gold, materials, and buffs. Players who unlock Premium Pass can get all 90 pass rewards. How To Progress Battle Pass It is not very difficult to progress to Battle Pass. Basically, as long as you participate in various activities in Season 7, your Progress Battle Pass will naturally progress. There are two most direct ways: Earn Favor Unlock Tiers Earn Favor is the item that players will get in the normal game. It is closely related to Witch season and Tree of Whispers. There are two ways to get Favor: Complete dungeons, kill monsters, and participate in headhunts. Achieve Season Journey Objectives. Unlock Tiers You can upgrade your pass to an Accelerated Battle Pass. Use the last 200 Platinum to jump Tiers. If you want to get more Diablo 4 items in the game, you can enter iGMeet Discord, which often provides some giveaways. The name of this set of armor is Grand High Witch Armor. This set of armor looks like an iron statue, and its theme is snake. When players wear this set of armor, they will look like an important member of the coven. At the same time, players who only have free passes can also get good rewards: Black Masquerade set includes five weapon transmogs A set of roleplaying armor with a dress ball theme A new title Special visual effects for the town portal Some Smoldering Ashes of Season Bless However, players with advanced passes can naturally get more. They have two additional sets of suits and can also get two mounts Wightscale and Nightwinder. The basic colors of these two horses are one black and one white, and their bodies are covered with snake scales, which is very cool. For some players who like mounts, these two mounts may be better than Grand High Witch Armor. The above is the general content of Diablo 4 Season 7 Battle Pass. As always, the developers have brought a lot of cool things to the players. Whether it is Witch Armors or the new mounts, they are very attractive. They fit the theme of this season very well. 90 pass rewards sound like a lot, but for players, the more pass rewards, the better!Jan-17-2025

Diablo 4 Season 7 (New Uniq ...
It’s been more than a year since the initial release of Diablo 4, but you’ll find that the series still occupies a relatively top position in the ARPG market, with many enthusiastic fans. On this basis, with the end of the sixth season, the seventh season will officially arrive in late January this year. As the latest series of Diablo, Diablo 4 adopts a similar approach to the basic series in setting up the season mechanism, always focusing on resources, bosses and gear, and sometimes adding new season-limited events in the new season, so that you can experience the fun of farming new limited event items while accumulating Diablo 4 Gold. Among all Diablo 4 content that may be updated with the season, unique items are a relatively important one. They are always presented to you as clothing, armor, or weapons, and will provide you with extraordinary combat benefits after you equip them. In the upcoming Season 7, besides those inherent unique items, some new ones are expected to be added. Based on this, we will introduce these new unique items to you and ways to obtain them. Overview Of Diablo 4 Season 7 According to the released news, this season should be named Season of Witchcraft and will be officially launched at 10 am Pacific Standard Time on January 21, 2025 after the end of Season 6. In addition, like all previous Diablo 4 seasons, Season 7 should last for about three months, during which you need to create a new character on the corresponding server to access the limited-time content of Season 7. As its name suggests, the biggest feature of this season is 24 witchcraft powers divided into variant types, which you can use to deal with bosses in Season 7. However, it should be noted that although the witchcraft power of Season 7 cannot be transferred to other servers, you can always unlock the available cosmetics, pets or other types of rewards on your account. Another new change in Season 7 that is worth paying attention to is the addition of Armory. This mechanism will allow you to save your character’s builds, allowing you to see which of them is the most powerful or interesting, and switch between different builds to try without changing everything. In addition to the above, the new content of Season 7 also includes other quality of life updates, changes to larger affixes and class tasks, and new unique items that we will highlight for you next. What New Unique Items Will Season 7 Have? According to the information previously revealed by the game developers in the campfire chat, Season 7 will ensure that each Diablo 4 class will get at least one new unique item, and some professions will even get two. The specific types of these new unique items may include armor, amulets, staves and catalysts, including the following: Druid: Malefic Crescent Rogue: Assassin’s Stride Spiritborn: Sustained War-Crozier Barbarian: Mantle of the Mountain’s Fury Sorcerer: Strike of Stormhorn and Okun’s Catalyst Necromancer: Indira’s Memory and Kessime’s Legacy As a classic melee class, Barbarian will get Mantle of Mountain’s Fury, a new ancestral unique chest armor that can cause 50% Hammer of the Ancients after Barbarian launches an earthquake. The new unique ancestral amulet for Druid can increase all elemental resistance by 25%, effectively improving your defense-if you play Druid. In addition, Necromancer’s two new unique items need to be used with Blood Wave, Rogue’s new item is a pair of boots that can increase its movement skill by 100% in 2 seconds, and Sorcerer has obtained 2 items that can enhance its Ball of Lightning. The newly introduced class Spiritborn in DLC will get a unique long staff that increases the blocking chance by 40%. How To Get New Unique Items? Since Season 7 has not yet been officially launched, the most accurate method of obtaining new unique items is not very clear, but you can use the unique item acquisition method of the old season as a reference to prepare in advance. After all, except for possible new season-limited events or dungeons, other methods of obtaining unique items are always unchanged in some seasons. Purveyor Of Curiosities Before Season 6, Purveyor of Curiosities usually only gave you magic and rare gear that was completely useless in the endgame, but now they can not only drop legendary items faster but also have a chance to drop unique items for you. While this method is great, it requires that you always have enough Obol, so it is recommended that you focus on grinding Diablo 4 Artificer’s Pit, where you can even upgrade glyphs and obtain legendary items. Participate In Special Seasonal Events Almost every Diablo 4 season will launch a new limited event, and participating in these events will give you a chance to get some rewards after the end, which may include new unique items. Farm Nightmare Dungeons Nightmare dungeons mechanism should still exist in Season 7, so it is recommended that you farm high-level Nightmare Dungeons above level 40 to obtain legendary items, because these dungeons will have many enemies to fight, and the probability of dropping items will naturally be higher. Defeat New Bosses Season 7 is expected to add some new special bosses. Since unique items are relatively precious Diablo 4 items, some of them will most likely only be available to you through boss loot. In addition, if you want to accumulate as much gold as possible before Season 7 officially starts, so that you can gain a small advantage at the beginning of the season and get the above new unique items faster, then maybe you can try to participate in the relevant giveaway events held from time to time in iGMeet Discord. Good luck!Jan-15-2025

Diablo 4 1.1.2 Patch: Enhan ...
As the dark and foreboding realm of Diablo 4 continues to evolve, players are eager to embrace the upcoming patch 1.1.2, which promises to introduce improvements to farming efficiency and tackle several pesky bugs that have been plaguing the game. With Blizzard's commitment to sharing patch notes in advance, players can prepare themselves for the changes and enhancements that are set to transform the Diablo 4 experience. Scheduled for release on Tuesday, August 15, across all platforms, patch 1.1.2 is geared towards refining existing mechanics rather than introducing sweeping changes. Malignant Heart Farming Becomes Swifter One of the highlights of patch 1.1.2 is the enhanced Malignant Heart farming experience. Malignant Monsters in Diablo 4 drop Malignant Hearts upon defeat, which can be activated to summon a more challenging version of the same creature. In the past, the activation process consumed five seconds, adding a layer of delay to the gameplay. However, the forthcoming patch trims this activation time to a mere two seconds. This modification is set to expedite the grind for Malignant Hearts, streamlining the process and enhancing overall gameplay efficiency. Trade Channel Revival and Bug Fixes In response to player feedback and the yearning for more interactive experiences reminiscent of the trade chat, patch 1.1.2 introduces a significant change. Players will now start in the Trade channel by default. This alteration aims to infuse more dynamism and engagement within the Diablo 4 community. However, players who prefer a less cluttered interface can easily disable the Trade channel by adjusting the in-game settings, ensuring a customized gameplay experience. Addressing longstanding issues that have dampened the enjoyment of the Diablo 4 universe, patch 1.1.2 aims to rectify the "A Boon in the Tide" quest from the Seasonal Journey. This quest, situated in Chapter 5, presented players with a challenge involving opening a Tortured Gift chest at any Helltide event. Despite attempts, the quest failed to track progress for numerous players, leading to frustration. The upcoming patch seeks to eliminate this issue, enabling players to fully engage with the Seasonal Journey. Mount Skills Bug and Quality of Life Improvements Among the improvements that patch 1.1.2 ushers in is the resolution of a vexing bug that prevented the use of mount skills after leaving a city. This bug perplexed players as they found themselves unable to activate these skills, even though they were technically outside the city limits. The upcoming patch eliminates this inconvenience, ensuring a smoother transition between city life and the treacherous adventures beyond. Read on below for the patch notes: Gameplay updates The wait time for a Malignant Monster to spawn after activating a Malignant Heart in the world has been reduced from 5 to 2 seconds. Players are now in the Trade Channel by default. Navigate to the in-game settings to opt-out. Bug fixes Dungeons and events Fixed an issue where Nightmare Dungeons could be repeated by promoting other party members to leader. Fixed an issue where the Gathering Legions event could stop progressing even after defeating all nearby enemies. Druid Fixed an issue where Boulders cast with the Aspect of Metamorphic Stone equipped would not deal more than 100% damage. Fixed an issue where the Agitated Winds malignant power would trigger when breaking destructible objects. Fixed an issue where the Aspect of the Alpha Werewolf companions could float above the ground. Quests Fixed an issue where the Fury Against Fate quest couldn't be completed. Fixed an issue where Iron Skin Elixirs could be obtained indefinitely by repeatedly accepting and abandoning the Desperate Remedies quest. Fixed an issue where the Call of the Ancients quest would not progress if the party leader was dead when the boss was defeated. Fixed an issue where the Call of the Ancients quest would not progress if Gharl was killed before his dialogue was triggered. Fixed an issue where side quests for crafting items could direct the player to the wrong NPC. UI Fixed an issue where white lines were appearing on the World Map. Fixed an issue where the Season Journey menu could malfunction when finishing a chapter. Fixed an issue where the notification for the World Boss appearance would malfunction if the player hadn't unlocked Whispers of the Dead yet. Fixed an issue where linking an item in chat wouldn't display properly in the Battle.net app. Fixed an issue where the Holding Back the Flood quest marker would display on Dungeon exits but not on the world map. The tooltips for the Caged Heart of Tal'Rasha and Caged Heart of the Great Feast now correctly state that their bonuses are additive instead of multiplicative. The tooltip for the Caged Heart of Determination had its description updated to clarify that it specifically reduces resource draining effects from enemies. Miscellaneous Fixed an issue where the A Boon in the Tide Season Journey objective could not be completed as expected. Fixed an issue where teleporting to a Dungeon entrance could be done while using invincibility-granting skills (Ex: Blood Mist). Fixed an issue where some interactable objects—particularly corpses— could not be interacted with. Fixed an issue where mount skills were sometimes not available after leaving a city. Fixed an issue where the Calculated malignant power would consume the stun effect on non-damaging abilities. Fixed an issue where Druids, Necromancers, and Rogues could not gamble for Helms at the Unsavory Oddities vendor in Fields of Hatred towns. Fixed an issue where you could not replace an equipped Wrathful Heart with another Wrathful Heart. Fixed an issue where the frost effect of the Penitent Greaves didn't display properly in the final campaign boss arena. Fixed an issue where quest items could randomly appear in town. Various stability and performance improvements. Various other miscellaneous fixes to Shop Cosmetics.Aug-17-2023
