Diablo 4 Season 7 Best Barbarian Leveling Build: How To Make Your Leveling Process Easier? - Skills & Gear
In the season change of Diablo 4, the build you use in the game will be divided into leveling builds and endgame builds according to different end goals. The criterion for judging the best leveling build is that your character levels up very quickly.
But unfortunately, even in Season 7, Barbarian still upgrades very slowly, which makes it very difficult to make the best Barbarian leveling build. However, due to its enhanced attack ability in the current season, you can enhance its killing speed and mobility through some of the build options you choose for it, making this build more powerful.
To cut down on the cost of time and energy spent on crafting your build, this guide will show you the right skills and gear to place in your best Barbarian leveling build, so that you can target farming for these specific items or attributes during the exploration process to achieve your goal of getting into the endgame stage faster.
Best Barbarian Leveling Build Overview
In fact, the best Barbarian leveling build in the current season is a variation of Bleed Thorns Barbarian build, which is more suitable for clearing regular enemies or monsters during the leveling stage rather than difficult boss encounters. And in the improved Barbarian build, the ability to clear large groups of monsters will be greatly increased, which is very suitable for leveling stages that need to farm a lot of experience points and Diablo 4 Gold.
Active Skills
As just introduced, in this best Barbarian leveling build, all you need to focus on is the damageability of Barbarian in the process of clearing enemies and maps, especially Thorns with a lot of continuous damage. So when you choose active skills for it, please prioritize skills that can cause more damage to Thorns, and then skills that can effectively control groups of enemies. Here are some active skills that can be recommended for you.
- Flay
- Rend
- Challenging Shout
- Rallying Cry
- Rupture
- Wrath of the Berserker
With the skill points you have, you only need to maximize Rend and Wrath of the Berserker, as they provide more and better benefits to your build. The rest of the skill points can be used to invest in your passive skills or upgrade them to higher levels to obtain any other active skills that are useful for your build.
Passive Skills
Again, when picking passive skills, you also need to focus on those that can increase your Thorns damage. The rest of you can choose passive skills in the order to improve offensive ability, defensive ability, and quality of life. Here are some passive skills recommended for you and some specific skill points.
- Endless Fury
- Imposing Presence
- Belligerence
- Outburst
- Tough as Nails
- Swiftness
- Thick Skin (1/3)
- Defensive Stance
- Counteroffensive
- Pit Fighter
- No Mercy
- Heavy Handed
- Gushing Wounds
Two passives to look out for here are Outburst and Tough as Nails, which can significantly increase your Thorns damage, especially when you have a lot of max health. Also worth mentioning is Gushing Wounds, which increases your bleed damage in proportion to your build’s critical hits, making it easier to get a one-hit kill.
But if you don’t care about critical hits, you can also replace it with Barbed Carapace, which will increase the damage of your already very powerful Thorns in your build.
Witchcraft Powers
Once you enter Season 7, you will be amazed by the 25 different Witchcraft Powers available to you this season. You can use them to make your build more powerful offensively and defensively, and for the current best Barbarian leveling build, you can choose from the following powers.
- Aura of Siphoning: It poisons all nearby enemies, and when upgraded, the siphon aura heals you when you deal damage.
- Shaken Soul: Eldritch power applies Vulnerability to enemies, and when upgraded, this effect is also applied by Psyche and Growth & Decay powers for half the duration.
- Aura of Misfortune: Slows down non-boss enemies. Upgrading it will increase your movement speed, potentially making you immune to attacks from nearby enemies.
- Hex of Whispers: Every 5 seconds, inflict a Hex of Whispers on the next damage dealt. The target takes shadow damage and passes Hex to another target.
- Soul Harvest: When you use the cooldown, you get a bonus Primary Core Stat for each nearby enemy.
- Vengeful Spirit Savant: Every some seconds, you summon a Vengeful Spirit that lasts for some seconds. This spirit absorbs all damage you take.
Since Occult Gems, another new Diablo 4 Items in this season, can only be crafted in the endgame, we won’t be covering the gems that can be put into an optimal Barbarian endgame build here.
Gear
Like the skills you choose for this optimal Barbarian leveling, the build you pick here will also be centered on increasing Thorns and Bleed damage. Here are the recommended items to put in each gear slot, but be aware that some Uniques and Legendary Aspects will require you to spend a lot of time and Diablo 4 Gold to farm.
- Aspect of Might - Helmet
- Aspect of Disobedience - Chest Armor
- Aspect of Anger Management - Gloves
- Undying Aspect - Pants
- Craven Aspect - Boots
- Aspect of Inevitable Fate - Amulet
- Aspect of The Umbral - Ring 1
- Aspect of Berserk Fury - Ring 2
- Needleflare Aspect - 2H Bludgeoning
- Aspect of Burning Rage - 1H Weapon 1
- Vehement Brawler’s Aspect - 1H Weapon 2
When you have all the above gear in your build, they will work perfectly with Witchcraft Powers you chose: you will always be Berserking and Fortified, and your movement speed will always be increased. More importantly, enemies will always be Vulnerable, which will make your other damage types more powerful.
That’s all the skills and gear options for making an optimal Barbarian leveling build in Diablo 4 Season 7. Hopefully, with the help of the items and skills in this guide, you can get through this very long stage faster and challenge the bosses in the endgame stage as soon as possible.
By the way, if your progress in D4 is very slow or even stagnant because of lack of gold or items, you can use the giveaway channel in iGMeet Discord to get some gifts, which may make your exploration more comfortable. Have fun playing!

Diablo 4 DLC: How To Comple ...
Strongholds have returned to Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred and are still exactly the same as you would expect. There are three Strongholds spread across Nahantu. Strongholds were a feature introduced when Diablo 4 first launched. Once these small dungeons are completed, they permanently change the map. After clearing all enemies, you will not only gain 100 reputation, but also unlock further waypoints, side quests, or dungeons. This guide will introduce the three Strongholds in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred. Chakhir Chakhir is located to the west of Seven Stones. The main quest for this Stronghold is to clear the slag and discover the source of the poisonous magic that enhances it. First, you need to find all the brewing cauldrons and destroy them. Some cauldrons will be protected by enemies called Cauldron Keepers, which you will need to kill to remove the protective barrier before you can destroy the cauldron. Additionally, you will come across some cauldrons that can only be destroyed after removing Befouled Briars. After dealing with all the cauldrons, head to the middle area of Stronghold and prepare to engage Darm. Be sure to watch out for the flowers on the ground during the fight, as standing on them will cause them to explode. After defeating Darm, go into the middle room and destroy the four Falo Blooms to summon Sinerat and Skerg. Watch out for the flames and exploding flowers on the ground when dealing with these two bosses. Once both bosses are defeated, go to Wanderer’s Shrine and interact with them. After completing Chakhir, you will be rewarded with 100 Renown and some Diablo 4 Gold. Kichuk Kichuk is located on the northeastern edge of Teganze Plateau. This Stronghold mission is to clear out Lacuni that is attacking Kichuk. Besides dealing with Lacuni as you encounter them, your first task is to free the villagers from their cages. Once all the villagers are rescued, reunite with the survivors and then fight off the wave of Lacuni attacks. To prevent the village from further invasion, you need to go through the caves and destroy the pillars. As you destroy the pillars, more powerful lacuni will attack you. Once you have destroyed all the pillars in the cave, you need to run back to the entrance as quickly as possible before the timer runs out. If you don’t escape in the allotted time, you will be damaged by a large amount of falling rocks. Once you return to the village, head to the circled location on the mini-map to find the leader of this Stronghold, Kirma. When attacking it, you need to pay special attention to two things. When you deal enough damage, it will transform and restore all health. In addition, Kirma will disappear and reappear periodically. To make it easier to defeat Kirma, you can follow Giveaway channel on iGMeet discord for information about Diablo 4 related products and stay active in the discord group. After completing Kichuk, you will not only receive 100 Renown as a reward, but also unlock a waypoint. After defeating the boss, you can go to the shrine. Festering Dark Compared to the other two Strongholds, Festering Dark is more complicated because of its unique mechanics. The goal of this level is to bring lanterns to braziers throughout Stronghold and light them. Festering Dark is located in the southern part of Restless Canopy, and only one of the two entrances will be available until you complete Strongholds. Once inside, you’ll see a lantern on the ground. If you accidentally lose your lantern later on the mission, you can regain it by activating a rune. While you’re holding the lantern, you won’t be able to attack. Pressing any button will cause the lantern to fall to the ground each time you’re attacked, and you can pick it up again after the fight. Each time you light a brazier, the lamp will begin to move automatically. You’ll need to follow it as it leads you to and destroy some obstacles, then continue on to find more braziers. As you light more braziers, more areas of Stronghold will gradually open up. When you successfully light enough braziers, Vesicator will appear, but this mini-boss doesn’t have particularly dangerous attacks. Eventually, you’ll enter a new area called Gates of the Necropolis. After lighting the braziers in this area, be prepared for a fight with Maleficium. During the fight with Maleficium, the giant red circle that appears on the ground and the lines that form on the battlefield will cause a lot of damage, and Maleficium will only be damaged when it is in the light. There are five lit braziers in the game, giving players some room to maneuver. However, when Maleficium’s health drops below 50%, it will extinguish all braziers and become completely invincible. At this time, the player needs to quickly run under the lamp, find a brazier that is not covered by dark energy and light it. Then, continue to attack the boss after it enters the light. Finally, eliminate the remaining health of Maleficium and use the shrine to clear Stronghold. After completing Festering Dark, you will receive 100 Renown, unlock Betrayed Tomb dungeon and Gates of the Necropolis Waypoint. Hopefully, the above content will help you better deal with these challenges. Good luck!Oct-07-2024

Diablo 4 DLC: What Have Pla ...
Since its release, Diablo 4 has been a solid and enjoyable experience. The game has received multiple updates, and one of the biggest upcoming changes is the much-anticipated first DLC, Vessel of Hatred. The expansion promises to bring new content and challenges, from the upcoming Mephisto to the unprecedented new class Spiritborn, which heralds a new chapter for the game. Diablo 4 2.0 Public Test Realm (PTR) has been open from September 4th to 11th, and its purpose is to conduct functional testing for the release of DLC and Season 6. After testing by many players, it was concluded that Vessel of Hatred needs significant improvements in multiplayer, which is currently one of the weaker aspects of Diablo 4. In addition, one player has created a Diablo 4 hero that can defeat the most challenging boss with just one attack. Of course, with a glitch or two, this power level can be further increased to where the game refuses to calculate the result. Next, let’s inspect these issues in Vessel of Hatred. Fail To Incentivize A Social Experience Multiplayer is a clear weakness of Diablo 4. When comparing the experience of single-player and co-op players, the gap is quite significant. A whopping 85% of Diablo 4 players prefers single-player games. Given the event design included in the game and the support for co-op play, it is clear that the game development team wants to provide players with an interactive online experience. However, it seems that not only is the game lacking incentives such as Diablo 4 Gold, but forming a team is also quite cumbersome. Although the game supports cross-platform play, which in theory should increase the player base that can team up, the actual cross-platform cooperative experience does not seem to have achieved the expected effect. For example, when PC players try to communicate with console players without headphones, the fun of this social interaction is almost completely lost, and it is even worse than playing with NPCs. This problem seems to be particularly prominent in Diablo 4. With the upcoming expansion Vessel of Hatred, improving co-op should be a priority. Major Quality Of Life Upgrade Coming with Vessel of Hatred is a major quality of life upgrade that may solve the multiplayer dilemma. With the upcoming Party Finder being one of the most promising updates. Finding a group to play with has been a frustrating issue in Diablo 4 for players who enjoy co-op play. Players are hoping that Party Finder feature will be a change that makes Diablo 4 a wonderful experience for both single-player and multiplayer fans. Diablo 4 still needs a variety of quality-of-life features, and Party Finder is a positive start. Party Finder allows for a lot of customization. Instead of being matched with any open group, players can be very specific about their preferences, including specifying the type of group you want to join, choosing the game mode or activity you want to participate in, specifying a preferred play area, and setting preferences based on whether you are a casual player or a perfectionist. Party Finder will be released with Vessel of Hatred, but it will be available to all players without having to spend money to get the expansion. As Diablo 4 continues to develop, Vessel of Hatred promises to bring new life to the game, and it will be exciting to see how Party Finder changes the game’s cooperative experience. Infinite Damage Glitch Diablo 4 is a game about dealing massive amounts of damage by swinging your weapon. However, one fan, through a good understanding of the game’s mechanics and careful character building, has created a Barbarian build on PTR that has a lot of power. With the help of a glitch or two, this power level can be further increased to where the game refuses to calculate the result. This Barbarian build can turn damage numbers into infinity, a process that requires players to equip unique armor that increases the amount of damage Barbarian deals when hit, namely Thorn damage. Whirlwind ability triggers the glitch, which has the potential to break Diablo 4 and deal infinite damage. Whether this infinite damage glitch will leave PTR is questionable. While the glitch is extremely difficult to implement and requires a lot of resources, if someone successfully exploits this glitch in Diablo 4, it could have a catastrophic impact on the entire game. The development team needs to fix it now with Vessel of Hatred on the horizon. The community will probably come up with many convoluted ways to break the action-RPG before the release of Diablo 4’s first major expansion on October 8, and with the addition of items and an original character class in Vessel of Hatred, there should be more opportunities to create super-powerful builds. We look forward to seeing how Diablo 4 continues to grow and brings more exciting experiences to players, and if you’re missing certain items or gear while exploring Diablo 4, you can follow Giveaway channel in iGMeet discord and be more active in the discord group, which will post Diablo 4 product giveaway information from time to time.Sep-13-2024

‘Diablo 4’ Patch Notes ...
The much-anticipated update to Blizzard's iconic action-RPG, Diablo IV, is here, featuring significant balance adjustments to the Classes in a bid to enhance the gaming experience and maintain the health of the game. Addressing the community, the game developers have clarified their vision behind the latest changes: to ensure an even more enjoyable, better balanced gameplay experience across the board. The updates can be broadly divided into three categories: Reduction in Class Build Power: Some Class builds and synergies were identified as being excessively powerful, to an extent that it was affecting the overall health of the game. Therefore, their effectiveness has been significantly reduced in this update. A notable instance was situations where players could endure extraordinarily high damage for extended periods, which did not align with the intended combat design in Diablo IV. Boost in Skill and Build Effectiveness: The developers recognized that certain skills and builds were not performing as effectively as they had envisioned. In response to this, buffs have been introduced to bolster their strength, enhancing the gaming experience for users employing these tactics. Paragon Glyphs Tweaked: The Paragon Glyphs were found to be providing an excessive boost to player power. To ensure a balanced gameplay, their overall effectiveness has been toned down in the new update. Here’s the list of changes to all classes: BARBARIAN -- Some pretty huge hits to Whirlwind Barbs, especially Gohr’s, which was creating a zillion explosions with activation and de-activation 1.Challenging Shout (Skill) - Damage Reduction gained from Skill Ranks reduced from 4% to 2% 2.Bold Chieftain’s Aspect - Cooldown reduction per Nearby enemy reduced from 2.7-5.4 seconds to 1.0-1.9 seconds. Maximum Cooldown reduction from 12 to 6 seconds. 3. Aspect of the Dire Whirlwind - Increased Critical Strike Chance per second reduced from 5-10% to 3-8%. Maximum Critical Strike Chance bonus reduced from 20-40% to 9-24%. 4. Gohr’s Devastating Grips (Unique Legendary) - Explosion damage gained from Whirlwind reduced from 50-70% to 16-26%. Damage against wreckable objects no longer increases explosion damage. Explosion damage is only increased by the first 100 hits of Whirlwind. DRUID -- This one is a mix of nerfs and buffs. Lightning-based builds in particular got a little bit of a buff, but there are definitely a lot of nerfs in here as well, which I’ve already seen some Druid players complaining about. 1.Pulverize (Skill) - Lucky Hit Chance reduced from 33% to 25%. 2.Lightning Storm (Skill) - Damage increased from 32% to 40%. 3.Grizzly Rage (Skill) - Damage bonus increased from 5/10/15% to 6/12/18%. 4.Obsidian Slam (Specialization) - Kills required for bonus increased from 10 to 20. 5.Calm Before the Storm (Specialization) - Lucky Hit Chance reduced from 15% to 10%. 6.Electric Shock (Passive) - Damage bonus increased from 5/10/15% to 6/12/18%. 7.Shockwave Aspect - Damage reduced from 90-130% to 60-100%. 8.Crashstone Aspect - Critical Strike Damage reduced from 40-50% to 30-40%. 9.Lightning Dancer’s Aspect - Flat damage increased from .5-.6 to .7-.8. NECROMANCER -- Out of all the classes, Necro actually got the most buffs by far. Most of these are focused on minion buffs including damage buffs to both skeletons and Golems, including a huge swing on an Iron Golem skill. I guess they were underperforming compared to the other classes a bit. 1.Blood Lance (Skill) - Damage increased from 67.5% to 80%. 2.Army of the Dead (Skill) - Damage increased from 30% to 45%. Cooldown reduced from 90 to 70 seconds. 3.Blood Wave (Skill) - Damage increased from 90% to 120%. 4.Shadowblight (Passive) - Damage increased from 20% to 22%. 5.Grim Harvest (Passive) - Essence gained reduced from 3/6/9 to 2/4/6. 6.Serration (Passive) - Critical Strike Chance reduced from .5/1/1.5% to .3/.6/.9%. 7.Death’s Defense (Passive) - Maximum Minion Life lost in a single damage instance reduced from 75/60/45% to 60/45/30%. 8.Raise Skeleton (Specialization) - Skeleton Warrior attack damage increased by 10%. 9.Golem (Specialization) - Golem attack damage increased by 10%. 10.Blood Golem (Specialization) - Blood Golem Life drain damage increased from 40% to 90%. 11.Blood Golem Life drain healing from enemies hit increased from 4% to 5%. 12.Iron Golem (Specialization) - Iron Golem slam damage increased from 25% to 175%. Iron Golem shockwave damage increased from 30% to 40%. 13.Hulking Monstrosity (Paragon Board) - Golem Life and damage bonus increased from 30% to 40% Life. 14.Cult Leader (Paragon Board) - Golem Life and damage bonus increased from 30% to 40% Life. ROGUE -- A couple buffs here, but the main thing is the decimation of the extremely popular Twisting Blades build, which was already emerging as a strong favorite. Too strong for Blizzard’s taste, and it’s getting hammered pretty hard here. 1.Twisting Blades (Skill) - Advanced Twisting Blades Cooldown reduction per enemy hit reduced from .25 to .1 seconds. Advanced Twisting Blades maximum Cooldown reduction reduced from 3 to 2 seconds. 2.Rapid Fire (Skill) - Damage increased from 24% to 30%. 3.Dark Shroud (Skill) - Damage Reduction per shadow gained from Skill Ranks reduced from .8% to .4%. 4.Dash (Skill) - Enhanced Dash Critical Strike Damage bonus from 20% to 15%. 5.Caltrops (Skill) - Damage increased from 30% to 40%. 6.Concussive (Passive) - Critical Strike Chance reduced from 5/10/15% to 4/8/12%. 7.Repeating (Affix) - Maximum Minion Life lost in a single damage instance reduced from 75/60/45% to 60/45/30%. SORCERER -- Sorcerer was barely touched. Either they think it’s pretty balanced or they haven’t had much time to dig into its potential issues yet. But no destroyed builds via nerfs here. 1.Arc Lash (Skill) - Lucky Hit Chance reduced from 30% to 14%. Glinting Arc Lash Cooldown reduction reduced from .25 to .15 seconds. 2.Teleport (Skill) - Shimmering Teleport’s Damage Reduction duration reduced from 5 to 3 seconds. 3.Aspect of Control - Bonus damage reduced from 30-40% to 25-35%. PARAGON BOARDS -- There are some huge, overall changes to Paragon Boards, where Blizzard thought that Glyphs were way, way too strong so they are getting somewhat slaughtered: 1.Rare Nodes - Player Attack Speed nodes reduced by 50%. Glyphs: 1.All Glyph Bonus scaling has been reduced by ~34%, except for the following: 2.Critical Strike Damage Glyphs’ Bonus reduced by ~66%. 3.Vulnerable Glyphs’ Bonus reduced by ~66%. 4.Glyphs' Bonus to Rare nodes reduced by ~50%. 5.Glyphs' Bonus to Magic nodes reduced by ~40%. 6.Glyphs' Bonus to Cold/Fire/Lightning/Non-Physical/Physical nodes reduced by ~62.5%. Most players are probably not even touching the Glyph system yet, so this is super hardcore speed levelers and their super builds, but I know many are not happy.Jun-06-2023
