Diablo 4 Season 6: What Adjustments Will Game Make To Spiritborn In The Mid-Term Patch?
In the campfire chat live broadcast held on November 12, the developers of Diablo 4 revealed a lot of updates and optimizations that may be made to the game in the future. There are both prospects for the seventh season and explanations of the upcoming mid-term patch.
Regarding the specific content of the mid-term patch, the game developers mentioned many aspects in the campfire chat, but the most concerned topic is undoubtedly Spiritborn. As a new class introduced in DLC, Spiritborn has become the first choice for players to play DLC and Season 6 because of its extraordinary strength since its appearance - maybe you are one of them.
Although this can give you a good combat experience through Spiritborn, from all perspective, it is obviously not fair to players who play other classes.
Although other classes can buy Diablo 4 Gold to exchange for more powerful equipment and weapons to make up for the gap with Spiritborn, this phenomenon undoubtedly destroys the balance of the game. Therefore, there have always been calls for weakening Spiritborn since the release of DLC.
Then I believe you must also want to know whether Diablo 4 will make adjustments to the strength of Spiritborn in the upcoming mid-term patch. So let us introduce it to you.
Spiritborn Will Not Be Weakened In The Short Term
In this campfire chat, game developers said that nearly 60% of players are currently using Spiritborn, causing the remaining five classes to have a significant decline in popularity. In contrast, the most popular Sorcerer in Season 5 only attracted about 30% of players.
There is no doubt that if you have also experienced Spiritborn, you will find that the reason it is so popular is that it is very fun to play and has strong combat power, which can help you knock down monsters at an amazing speed. In fact, all this is not intentional in the game developers. It may just be that they overlooked some factors when designing Spiritborn.
Diablo 4 has already fixed some bugs that caused Spiritborn to deal too much damage, one of which was that Spiritborn could continuously release powerful streams of charged feathers, which reduced the frame rate of other online players and affected the operation of the entire game system. Fortunately, the situation has been significantly improved after the fix.
There are no other obvious system bugs for Spiritborn at present, but because of the unintentional synergy between its skills, Spiritborn is still much more powerful than a normal class should be. Given this, you might guess that Diablo 4 will give Spiritborn a proper nerf in the mid-term patch, but in fact it is not the case.
In the campfire chat, the game developers said that they will not nerf Spiritborn in the middle of Season 6, but use this patch to increase the damage output of other classes, making the competition between classes more fair than in the past.
Of course, this overall enhancement did not skip Spiritborn. While Spiritborn buffs are small compared to the buffs for other classes, this patch will buff the skills of the class that you don’t use often, which will help you develop more Spiritborn builds.
What Will Spiritborn Look Like In Season 7?
While the game’s developers have said that one goal of the mid-season patch is to raise the minimum standard for all classes, they also said that further adjustments will be made in Season 7 to bring Spiritborn level closer to that of all other classes.
Diablo 4 class designer Adam Jackson claims that in Season 7, the game will fix all unexpected interactions in Spiritborn. So you can enjoy Spiritborn, which is still very powerful now, while you look forward to Spiritborn in Season 7.
Although Diablo 4 has not yet revealed the specific changes to Spiritborn in Season 7, or given a clear range of the reduction in Spiritborn’s damage output that you might accept, you will have a chance to preview these changes before Season 7 begins.
Because after Thanksgiving, Diablo 4 will launch a PTR for you to test the upcoming Spiritborn nerfs. We currently expect Season 7 to be launched on the game’s main servers around mid-January, and Diablo 4 developers will also share more details about PTR in another live broadcast at some point next week.
Whatever adjustments Spiritborn gets, they are sure to cause some controversy. After all, it is difficult to please everyone. Since the upcoming changes are designed to fix Spiritborn’s unexpected interactions, you may experience a slightly nerfed Spiritborn later, and the situation in Season 7 may not be worse than this.
However, there are still a few months to go before Season 7, so you might as well enjoy the still-powerful Spiritborn class now and accumulate enough game materials to prepare for the new changes that will appear in Diablo 4 later.

Diablo 4 Season 7 Spiritbor ...
Diablo 4 added a new class called Spiritborn last season, which provides players with a lot of interesting play styles to explore. One of them is that the character stands at a distance and uses a large area of poison to damage all enemies, and Centipede build path in the game is very suitable for this play style. Although this build path is slower than Jaguar and Eagle builds, it has become one of the most popular and easiest Spiritborn builds to use because of its ability to clear the entire screen of enemies in a few seconds with Damage over Time, burst damage, and auto-execution effects. In addition, the powerful play style of Spiritborn Centipede Leveling Build allows most players to climb the difficulty level of combat easily in D4 and easily reach the endgame. However, given that Spiritborn has received a lot of changes in Season 7, this guide will recommend some Witchcraft Powers, skills, and gear that are suitable for this build based on the current balance changes, so that you can make an optimal build as quickly as possible. Spiritborn Changes In Season 7 First, let’s take a look at some of the balance changes that Spiritborn has received in D4S7. We are happy that although some abilities of these classes have been greatly weakened, some key parts of the Spiritborn Centipede build that you need to use have not been affected by the debuffs. Among them, Stinger and Enhanced Stinger, which can deal damage, have increased. In Touch of Death, Swarms now ignore enemies that are Invulnerable in favor of other enemies that pose a greater threat, making it easier to use your damaging abilities in combat. For defense, The Devourer build grants you a 150% healing bonus for every damage dealt at level 5, which greatly increases your safety in those very difficult encounters. The centerpiece of the build, Centipede in Spirit Hall, has also received some buffs. When you hit an enemy with your Centipede skill, that enemy deals 2% less damage and moves 10% slower. It also adds 70% Poison Damage for an additional 6 seconds, stacking up to 8 times. These skills and stat buffs make Spiritborn Centipede build a powerful one this season, so as long as you choose the right build options for it and invest Diablo 4 Gold in its upgrades and enhancements, you’ll have more fun exploring than ever before. About Witchcraft Powers As the most significant new feature in Diablo 4 Season 7, the powerful abilities of Witchcraft Powers may make many players eager to add it to their own builds, but it is important to be careful to choose those that have the greatest benefits to the build. The following are Witchcraft Powers that can be selected in Spiritborn Centipede build, but since the details of each player’s play style are different, you can also choose the power that suits your exploration. Piranhado: When an enemy is Hexed and affected by the aura, it summons a Piranhado that will pull enemies towards it. Hex of Flames: A lucky hit inflicts a Hex of Flames, dealing with extra Fire Damage to enemies. If triggered by a Critical, Fire Damage explodes, and triggers Hex requirements. Aura of Siphoning: Deals Poison damage to nearby enemies and heals for a percentage of your health, and triggers Growth and Decay requirements. Aura of Misfortune: Increases movement speed and slows nearby enemies, and the affected enemies’ attacks may also be nullified. Soul Harvest: When used on cooldown, it briefly increases a percentage multiplier to your primary core stat for each nearby enemy. Active Skills Since Centipede skills combine sustained damage with healing, with high burst damage and Vulnerable application, Spiritborn Centipede build will revolve around Scourge and the Devourer. The former is used to spread poison over a wide area, and the latter is used to execute enemies that have been poisoned. When these two skills are active, Withering Fist and Stinger must be matched with them as they are essential damage tools, and Touch of Death plays the most important role as a source of poison in the entire build. At this point, the damage capabilities in Spiritborn Centipede build are complete, but since this is a ranged-focused build, you will still need Armored Hide to help you get rid of enemies that can cause you to control you and gain some additional defensive capabilities. Once you have unlocked these skills, you should consider how to upgrade your Diablo 4 Gold in the least and make your build the most powerful. You can upgrade in this order: (2/5) Withering Fist, (5/5) Stinger, (5/5) Scourge, (1/5) Armored Hide, (3/5) Touch of Death, and finally (5/5) Devourer. In this way, you can unlock Key Passive at level 25, but only if you have collected all Altars of Lilith in the season and gained bonus skill points from them. Otherwise, you will only be able to unlock it at level 35. Gear In fact, gear isn’t that important when you’re using a Spiritborn Centipede Leveling build, because your most important task here is to level up as quickly as possible to get to the endgame. But once you start getting Legendary Aspects from combat around level 30, things start to change, and you’ll need to start looking for the best gear to go with it. In this case, you should be particularly interested in Legendary Aspects that can significantly buff the skills in your build, such as Menacing (Utility). It allows Scourge to affect enemies around you for 5-9 seconds. Or Tormentor’s, which allows poisoned enemies to take an additional 50%-250% Thorns damage per second. Besides damage ability, defense ability is also what you need to pay attention to. At this time, you can choose Umbral, which will allow you to gain 1-8 Primary Resources when controlling the enemy. For the rest of Inevitable Fate (Offensive) or Pestilence, you can choose it according to your needs. For Diablo 4 Items that need to be placed in the construction, your focus should also be gear that can enhance Damage, Damage Over Time, Resource Cost Reduction, Cooldown Reduction, and Movement Speed. Given that there are too many choices for this type of item in the game, there is no specific recommendation here. I will only introduce you to three rings that are very worth trying. You can refer to them. Mother’s Embrace (Ring): If your core skill hits 4 or more enemies, the cost of your primary resources will be refunded. Wound Drinker (Ring): Generate 1-7 Vitality each time you deal thorn damage. And gain Toxic Skin’s Passive while wearing this ring. Ring of the Midday Hunt (Ring): Increases maximum vigor by 50% and generates 1-7 vigor per kill. While you have Ferocity, all poison damage is dealt for 33% of its normal duration. For the new Occult Gems added to Diablo 4 Season 7, you can choose Moonlight Ward and Hungering Void for your Spiritborn Centipede Leveling build. Condemned grants you Damage Reduction and Maximum Resistance buffs to all elements for each level of your Unique Witchcraft Power, while the latter periodically pulls enemies towards you, making your available poison damage more effective. The above are the build options you can choose for Spiritborn Centipede Leveling build in Diablo 4 Season 7. Once again, the recommendations here are based on their descriptions in the game, and you can adjust them according to your unique play style. In addition, if there is a lack of gold or items in the game, you can get some through the giveaway channel in iGMeet Discord to make your exploration of the new season more comfortable and smooth. Diablo 4 DLC: How To Comple ...
Players can perform a variety of activities during their pursuit of Neyrelle in the jungles of Nahantu, such as clearing out Dungeons or completing side quests. Side quests provide Renown and help unlock additional rewards such as Skill Points and Paragon Points. This guide will show you how to complete Keening Spirit Quest. In addition, we will also cover Deeds of a Champion Quest, which is a quest that players can only unlock after completing the main campaign of Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred. This quest marks the beginning of the endgame and requires players to travel to Sanctuary to complete a series of objectives to help them quickly reach level 60. This quest is relatively simple and is a must-do for entering Dark Citadel, a new area that allows players to obtain Unique items. Keening Spirit Quest Guide To begin Keening Spirit quest, you need to speak with Nunir, a resident of Kurast. They will tell you that there is a spirit crying out for help in the jungle. You can find these quest givers in Upper Kurast, near where you start Tenets of Depravity quest in Diablo 4. This spirit is called Banshee, and you can find it in the jungle just south of where the quest starts. To free the spirit, you need to defeat Spirit-Gorged Hollow. It will usually be surrounded by a large group of monsters. Spiritborn’s Centipede builds are great for clearing out these large groups of monsters, and other builds can also complete the quest. Once you defeat Spirit-Gorged Hollow, the quest will automatically complete. As a reward, you will receive some experience, Diablo 4 Gold, crafting materials, equipment, and 30 Renown for Nahantu Region. Normally, players can find distressed spirits simply by patrolling the blue quest area. However, there have been reports of certain bugs that prevent Bashe from appearing, making Keening Spirit quest impossible to complete. If you find Spirit-Gorged Hollow, wait a few moments for the humanoid ghost to appear. Deeds Of A Champion Quest Walkthrough Players will need to complete a series of quests to unlock all Mercenaries, complete the three dungeons in Nahantu, Tenets of Depravity side quest chain, conquer Kichuk Stronghold, eliminate Terror of Five Hills in Undercity, and complete Endgame Activities. Mercenaries In particular, there are three side quests required to get all Mercenaries, or four if you count the main story quest that unlocks the entire system. And clearing Temple of Rot stronghold in Dry Steppes is a necessary step. These quests can be time intensive, but can be completed effectively with proper organization and teamwork. Tenets Of Depravity To complete this objective, simply follow the markers on the map and interact with objects or NPCs. It is best to complete the dungeons close to the objective so that you can complete this part of Deeds of a Champion. Kichuk Stronghold Once you reach Kichuk Stronghold, Lacuni will massacre the townsfolk. You will need to fight off the monsters, and the remaining survivors will ask you to eliminate the remaining creatures in the cave. Once you have destroyed the pillars and collapsed the cave, you will need to defeat Lacuni shaman to return to the surface. Once you have done this, Stronghold will be cleared. Endgame Activities To complete this quest, you will need to have completed Grim Favors for Tree of Whispers, participated in Helltides, and completed level 20 of Pit. Sihek Location After completing certain quests, the player will be given a new order to return to Ormus in Kurast Bazaar and obtain new information, which will ask you to find Sihek and speak with him. He will appear at the entrance of Kurast Undercity, and if he does not appear there, it means that he is still imprisoned in Undercity. This can be easily resolved by completing the main quests in Undercity. To speak with Sihek, you will need to first complete Undercity series of quests. Sihek is researching a cure for Hollow corruption, and can be found in the council chambers after completing it. He will then tell you about the quest to defeat Terror of the Five Hills in Kurast Undercity dungeon. After completing these quests, return to Ormus one last time to claim your hard-earned rewards, including Garb of Baleful Intent, Armor Set, Reins of the Dark Leopard, Scion of Hatred Barding, 2,035,214 XP and 3,000 Gold. In the process of completing Keening Spirit Quest and Deeds of a Champion Quest, players will experience the rich and diverse game content in Diablo 4. Whether it is exploring the jungle, defeating monsters, or unlocking new areas and rewards, these quests will bring endless fun and challenges to players. By participating in these activities, players can upgrade their characters while gaining a deeper understanding of the mysteries of the game world. Diablo 4 Season 4: Temperin ...
Hello, everyone. I hope you can upgrade items during the leveling process in Diablo 4 Season 4. The following information in this guide will be useful for you before you reach World Tier 4. If you start to your endgame build tinkering, I will explain what tempering is and how to use it in the game. We will also discuss enchanting your gear. When it comes to Tempering or Enchanting the gear you own, investing in Diablo 4 Gold will make your gear even more perfect. And lastly, I will share with you my logic when it comes to the order of upgrading mechanics. Make sure to check out this last chapter of this passage so you don’t waste tons of gold in the process. So let’s get into it. How Tempering Works in Diablo 4? First, what is tempering? Diablo 4 Season 4 changed a lot of stuff around the loot stats and upgrading items. One of such changes is the addition of tempering, which is a new system of upgrading your items. Prior to Season 4, you would find loot with all the stats already available on the item. And then you would just change one single stat through the enchanting process and upgrade the item to make the stats higher. In Season 4, however, you drop items with less amount of stats available on them than before. Rare items have 2 Affixes, 3 legendaries, and 4 Uniques but then you can add powerful Affixes on an item with tempering. So what tempering does is basically add up to two new powerful affixes to item. However, before you reach World Tier 4 and start dropping in Ancestral item Rarity. You will be able to add only one Affixes. The number of times you can temper an item is limited. And depends on Rarity of the item. Early items will have a limit of three attempts and then we have Ancestral items which drop at World Tier 4. And those allow us to temper 5 times. Important to note is that tempering can be done only for rare and legendary items. Uniques cannot be tempered also bear in mind that when you roll tempered Affixes, you do not have an option to keep the old one. The new Affixes always override the old one. And so there is a risk factor here, especially when you are on your last temper attempt available. So starting the tempering process, you have to go to Blacksmith and click the first tab. The process does not cost any gold but requires a couple of materials. You will get tons of necessary materials as you play the game. I salvage most of my rares and Legendaries I also temper a lot so far. And I was never short on materials for tempering my gear. Whenever I wanted to change my stuff during the leveling process, besides materials, you also need manuals, which are a list of few stat outcomes for tempering. One of the Affixes from the manual will be randomly added during the tempering process. You find manuals by just simply playing the game. They drop just like any other loot. These manuals have different Rarities. And these Rarities is impact the range of values of the stats available with the manual. Basically, the higher Rarity of manual, the better the stats possible manuals are also split into six categories. And these categories work like categories of aspects. Every item type has different possible tempering categories. So for gloves, you can add a utility or offensive category. For pens, you have only defensive or utility categories and so on. The good thing is that once you find the manual, it’s unlocked permanently. So you don’t need to search for it again and again, which is neat. Enchanting in Diablo 4 Season 4 Now let’s briefly discuss enchanting your items. Enchanting is a process which modifies one Affixes available on your gear. To this process cannot change the row-based stats of item like damage dealt on weapons or base armor on gloves. Affixes to be changed are marked with dots and are located under this horizontal line. To enchant your item, you need to go to the occultist and click on the fourth tab. Once you put the item you want to enchant, you can click the icon in the top right corner of enchanting window. To see the potential outcomes of the process. This is super useful to help you understand what stats you can actually get and what are the ranges. When you enchant any item, you get three choices, two new stats and an option to retain the initial Affixes. The enchanting process takes few materials and a substantial amount of gold, the tricky case that every time you enchant the same item. The cost of the process increases, the price of gold can reach insane amounts. So be mindful of it. Upgrading Gear Efficiently During Leveling And let me explain the thought process I use for upgrading any item that I want to use. I think applying this logic may save you a lot of gold during the leveling process. Since we can modify our gear a lot in Season 4. I look mainly for Legendary item drop with good base row power and two out of free stats that are fitting my build. I don’t care for Legendary Power since I can change it easily now with Codex of Power. By the way, the aspects are now permanently unlocked when salvaging an item. And the highest value salvaged will be always available in a Codex of Power, not just the lowest base value like before. I also don’t need perfect free out of free stats because I can swap out one Affixes with an enchanting process. I will always start the process of tinkering an item with tempering. This is because we have a limited number of tempering attempts and the stats available through the tempering process are particularly powerful for build crafting. So if we don’t get the stat from the manual that we wanted with tempering, the item is potentially a bust. This is especially the case for weapons and other item types with offensive category manuals available on them. They are game changers for items, at least for my build. So now let me give you a specific example to showcase this process. I am playing a Frozen Orb build with my Sorceress. Let’s say I found gloves that I want to use that have two good stats on them. First, I go to Blacksmith for tempering. On gloves I can put stats from either utility or offensive category, I found a manual from offensive category called Frost Finesse which has amazing damage boost potential for my build. Especially cold damage and vulnerable damage are very good stats for me. Since Frozen Orb has a 40% chance to make enemies vulnerable and is, of course, cold-based skill. So if I don’t manage to get either of these stats with tempering. I would not use those glows. Similarly to weapons, I want to get a specific stat in tempering that gives me a chance to cast Frozen Orb twice. So by not enchanting nor swapping Legendary Powers first. I potentially save a lot of gold on an item that I wouldn’t use, anyway. But let’s say, I get the tempering that I wanted. I start with the enchanting process to try to get the first start on gloves to improve my build. In case I have bad luck and enchanting gets too expensive. I have done three options. First, I can settle for the sub powerful stat. Next, I can just continue investing gold or I can just stick to gloves that I already have. And lastly, if I get the stats that I wanted on the item. I swap the legendary power to the one I want. Modifying legendary powers should be done last. As it involves no RNG and it’s quite an expensive process to begin with. These are my detailed instructions on how to do Tempering, Enchanting and Upgrading Gear in Diablo 4. I hope these are useful to you.May-24-2024

Gameplay Updates Update 1.2.0 brings several gameplay improvements and quality-of-life enhancements, refining the overall gaming experience: - The patch adds more cursor icon options, including higher contrast icons, found in the Accessibility Options menu. This change makes it easier for players to customize their visual experience. - A significant quality-of-life addition is the ability to mark items as favorites.
