Diablo 4 Season 5: How To Find And Defeat Our Old Friend Echo Of Varshan? - Boss Guide
If you have been playing Diablo 4 since Season 2, you must be familiar with Echo of Varshan. It has been the endgame boss of this game since then. Like other endgame bosses, Echo of Varshan will also provide you with some very useful loot for your endgame builds.
But in fact, defeating Echo of Varshan is not a simple task. You need to collect some rare summoning materials and summon it at a designated location before you can start your fight with it. If you have not yet explored this terrible boss, this guide will show you how to summon it and take its loot smoothly.
How To Find Echo Of Varshan?
The first thing you need to understand is that Echo of Varshan will appear in World Tier 3 or World Tier 4, so your character must also reach this Tier to participate in the subsequent battle. Once your character and build are strong enough, you can head to Tree of Whispers Waypoint, and you’ll find a cave called Malignant Burrow behind a tree. In the cave, there’s a path that leads you to a small dungeon. At the end of the dungeon, there’s an altar, which is where you place your summoning materials.
In Diablo 4 Season 5, you can fight two variants of Echo of Varshan - the standard variant and Tormented variant. For the standard Echo of Varshan, you’ll need to provide 2 Malignant Hearts in World Tier 3 and 5 Malignant Hearts in World Tier 4, while for Tormented Echo of Varshan, you’ll need to provide 15 Malignant Hearts and a Stygian Stone obtained from The Pit.
These summoning materials all require you to fight a few battles to get them, so before you start farming for them, you’ll also want to make sure your build is strong enough to get through Sanctuary. If not, upgrade it as soon as possible using Diablo 4 Gold.
How To Get Malignant Hearts?
Currently, you can farm Malignant Hearts in a number of ways. The first is to perform Grim Favors, which will give you some Malignant Hearts from Tree of Whispers caches. In addition, every Grotesque Debtor that spawns around Whispers and World Bosses has a chance to drop some Malignant Hearts.
When a Grotesque Debtor spawns, you will find a signal in the text bulletin at the top of the screen, which you can use to maximize your farming efficiency. Alternatively, you can find some Malignant Hearts in Helltide Chests, Infernal Hordes, or Nightmare Dungeons.
How To Defeat Echo Of Varshan?
Although Echo of Varshan is not the most challenging boss in the game, you still need to learn some combat skills and strategies before fighting it. Here are the things you need to pay attention to when fighting it.
Enhance Shadow Resistance
Before fighting, you need to know that Echo of Varshan will launch some arcane assaults on you, so you need to enhance some magical defenses accordingly. If you can’t reach 70% Shadow Resistance cap in your build, you can try to use Potent Elixir of Shadow Resistance to help you complete this defense build.
Pay Attention To Your Position Between You And Boss
During the battle, Echo of Varshan is very flexible and will appear near you unexpectedly and cause damage to you, so you need to pay attention to your position between you and the boss. The best position is to be behind Echo of Varshan so that its frontal attacks on you will not be effective.
Pay Attention To Some Void Zones
Besides arcane assaults, Echo of Varshan will also generate triangular void zones for you. These areas will adjust in real time according to the direction of the boss’s movement, and once you enter these areas, you will be very damaged. So you also need to pay attention to the direction of these areas.
Initial Elite Adds
During the battle, Echo of Varshan will also summon two powerful Elites to help it knock you down. At this point, you should focus on the two Elites, not the boss. Because they will also do a lot of damage to you and will cause your health to decline faster.
Echo Of Varshan’s Loot
When you use different classes, the loot you get from Echo of Varshan will also be different. You can refer to the following list for specific loot. However, it should be noted that not all Uniques will appear in a battle, but there is a chance to appear.
The same is true for Mythic Uniques dropped by Tormented Echo of Varshan. In the change of endgame bosses drop rate in Season 5, all Tormented variants of Boss have only 7.5% chance to drop Mythic Uniques. If your goal is only Mythic Uniques and the build is strong enough, you can directly challenge Tormented Echo of Varshan.
Barbarian: Fields of Crimson & 100,000 Steps & Gohr’s Devastating Grips & Ring of Red Furor
Druid: Mad Wolf’s Glee & Vasily’s Prayer & Greatstaff of the Crone & Airidah’s Inexorable Will

About Mythic Unique Items

Diablo 4 Season 7: What Cha ...
According to the current news released by the developers, the seventh season of Diablo 4 will meet with players on January 21, 2025. Some time ago, the PTR for this new season officially ended, and many players were fortunate to participate in it and put forward their own feedback for the improvement of the game. Among the new game content in Season 7, the most worth introducing is that there may be a Class using Witchcraft Powers added to the game, which may bring more and better game experience and more build possibilities to players. In addition, the original Classes have also undergone some changes. Among them, the biggest change is Spiritborn, which was once a darling of Season 6, but it may be weakened in the new season. However, this guide is not mainly about it, but the controversial Sorcerer and Druid in the last season, both of which have received many disagreements because of their one-sided strength but the lack of the other. Next, let’s take a look at what changes these two Classes will have in the next season! Sorcerer Compared to the previous season, the spells cast by Sorcerer in Season 7 can become hotter or colder, and can make players more excited when manipulating it. First of all, in the new season, Sorcerer has two new Uniques - Strike of Stormhorn and Okun’s Catalyst. They bring you a new good friend called Super Ball Lightning, which can spin like a hula hoop full of lightning and cause irresistible lightning damage to the enemy, so that you can stride forward unhindered. In addition to the new skill Ball Lightning, there is also a new skill called Inferno, which can increase the vulnerability to enemies inside the group of enemies, and the fire skill of Sorcerer has also been greatly enhanced, which is what I just said that this Class has become hotter. For colder, it is because Deep Freeze skill has been changed, and its damage has become stronger and it can provide you with a barrier when you thaw. There are also a number of changes to Enchantments and Passives, making your builds in Season 7 healthier, faster to clear, and more flexible, making it much easier to get loot and Diablo 4 Gold with your Sorcerer next season, and speeding up your game progress. Legendary Aspects, which are very important to Sorcerer build, have also undergone some changes, such as Pyro, Frost, and Shock skills, which have multiple functions for generating barriers, helping you increase your movement speed and attack speed, and immobilization, which can give you a better advantage in the challenge of some bosses. Not only that, the Ball Lightning enhancement function just introduced can make you a static destruction field for enemies. Overall, the poor survivability that was criticized last season may be greatly improved next season. This will be very good news for some players who like to stand in the safe range and use spells to defeat enemies, so that they don’t have to spend a lot of effort on gear that improves defense in their Sorcerer builds and give up damage enhancements. Also Read: Does Diablo 4 Season 7 Indicate The Return Of Doctor Witch In The Next DLC? Druid Druid is getting some love from the developers in the next season, which is reflected in the addition of Uniques and some skill improvements. First, the most noteworthy Unique is Malefic Crescent Amulet, which can greatly increase the critical damage and movement speed of a Druid in werewolf form, and the level of Feral Aptitude has also been increased. On top of that, the damage of Lupine Ferocity on consecutive critical hits has also been increased by 100%-150% by this item. In addition, Mjölnic Ryng allows Druid to gain unlimited Spirit and 40%-100% increased damage while Cataclysm is active, which greatly improves the shortcomings of the Class’s poor damage ability. Not only that, Tempest Roar can also convert some of your Willpower damage into Willpower in combat, making you more tanky. Not only is the poor damage ability a disadvantage that players have been discussing, but the information that Druid lacks flexibility is also widely known. But fortunately, in Season 7, Druid’s proud Hurricane skill can be cast while moving, increasing its chances of winning in battles that require a certain degree of flexibility. As for other attack damage skills, they have all been improved to some extent, such as Raging Shred, which will increase your skill set by 30% poison damage and Grizzly Rage by 60%. The most exaggerated one can be said to be Lacerate, whose damage value has increased to 600% of the original! It can be predicted here that this skill will definitely become one of the most important skills in Druid’s build because it is too powerful. In previous seasons, Druid’s Passives can be said to be very difficult to choose, because only one of the strong survivability and damage ability can be retained. But in Diablo 4 Season 7, you may no longer be bothered by this problem, because several passive skills that deal damage have been buffed. For example, Lupine Ferocity will increase your critical hit damage by 75% for every three Werewolf casts that hit, Heightened Senses will increase your movement speed by 3% in werewolf form, and Charged Atmosphere will increase your build’s lightning damage by 10%. Since Druid is the only Class in the game with human and beast multi-forms, the choice of Spirit Boons is also very important for the build. In view of this, the developers have made certain enhancements to Deer and Wolf: the former can help you deal 5% extra damage with subsequent damage attacks when attacked, while the latter allows you to restore all your Spirit when you cast Lucky Hit. These are some changes you will see for the Sorcerer and Druid classes in Diablo 4 Season 7. Since the official version of the next season has not yet been announced, some of the key attributes and statistics in this guide are not accurate and are for reference only. You can also participate in some giveaways for D4 game products in iGMeet Discord in your free time, which may make your exploration of the next season easier.Dec-30-2024

This Slay Ride To Hell event will start on December 17th PST and end on January 2nd. You need to hunt Treasure Goblins around Sanctuary in it to earn generous event rewards including Diablo 4 Gold. Diablo 4 DLC: How To Make R ...
Spiritborn is a new class added in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred Expansion, and its Resolve mechanic brings a variety of powerful builds. Among them, Rock Splitter Thorns Build utilizes damage bonuses to make players an AoE powerhouse. To try this build, we have some detailed guides for you below. Rock Splitter Thorns Build Work Mechanism Rock Splitter Thorns Build does not work by taking hits, but applies 100% of the player’s Thorns damage by hitting, making it one of the best offensive Thorns builds. Sepazontec always applies the skill’s third attack bonus, making Rock Splitter the ultimate damage powerhouse. Therefore, it is very necessary to spend some Diablo 4 Gold to obtain it when making a build. Players using this build can expect to easily handle a variety of content, without worrying about resource management, and have strong defensive capabilities. However, this build can struggle when enemies are scattered, as it relies on Binding Morass and the synergy between Lithwat and XolKry Runewords to draw enemies. In order to maximize damage output and effectively manage survivability in Rock Splitter Thorns Spiritborn, players need to take a series of strategic actions. When facing a boss or elite enemy, once they reach the injury threshold, immediately use Ultimate ability of this build to deal a lot of damage. Use Toxic Skin to keep Thorns passive activated while Ultimate ability is on cooldown, which can ensure continuous damage to the enemy. In addition, to further improve survivability, it is recommended that players rotate between three different defensive skills to reduce damage from enemies. In order for Runewords & Binding Morass Aspect carried by the character to work correctly on the enemy group, it is very important to try to keep your position relatively fixed. Ability Points & Skill Tree The skill tree of Rock Splitter Thorns Spiritborn is mainly defensive, as it requires little additional damage ability besides the basic skills. Basic Node Rocksplitter (1/5): Enhanced Rock Splitter, Accelerated Rock Splitter Core Node Follow Through (3/3) Focus Node Toxic Skin (1/5): Enhanced Toxic Skin, Replenishing Toxic Skin Unrestrained Power (3/3) Focal Point (1/3) Diminishment (3/3) Apex (3/3) Mirage (3/3) Potency Node Resilient (3/3) Dominant (3/3) Potent (3/3) Ultimate Skill The Hunter (5/5): Harmonious Hunter, Exhalted Hunter Resolution (3/3) Spiritual Attunement (1/3) Supremacy (3/3) Key Passive As the key passive of the build, Adaptive Stances naturally makes use of several spirits. The extra skill rank doesn’t give this build much benefit, as most skills won’t be maxed out. Spirit Hall Choices Since Spirit Hall bonuses all derive from the same Spirit, using Loyalty’s Mantle is a smart choice. Primary Spirit Bonus Gorilla is placed in the first Spirit Hall slot to increase Thorns damage and Barrier. Additionally, it converts all skills from other Spirits used by the build into Gorilla Skills, allowing them to activate Gorilla-exclusive passives. Secondary Spirit Bonus The secondary Spirit Bonus again chooses Gorilla, which allows you to benefit from Loyalty’s Mantle while further improving defensive stats, and giving the build unlimited uptime. Gear & Affixes This build, while it does include BiS items, has relatively low gear requirements before getting up and running. The main thing needed is Unique Staff Sepazontec, and Runewords LithWat and XolKry. Additional Strong Items Loyalty’s Mantle Razorplate Additional Strong Aspects The player should choose how to place Aspects on their gear based on which Aspects they currently have the highest rolls in. Aspect of Binding Morass Aspect of Adaptability Rapid Aspect Aspect of Moonrise Hectic Aspect Aspect of Endurance Aspect of Interdiction Aspect of Layered Wards Stat Priority & Affixes This build does not prioritize critical strike or suppression as the primary goal like most common builds. In this build, most stats can be gained through tempering. Thorns +3000% Armor to 1000 (after penalties) Resistances capped (after penalties) Health to 6000 Rock Splitter Size +100% 160% Movement Speed 2000+ Dexterity Attack Speed +100% Basic Damage +600% Runewords & Gems In this build, since the two main equipment slots are occupied by LithWat and XolKry, the space left for other Runewords and Gems is relatively limited. In order to maximize the use of the remaining slots, we need to choose and match them carefully. For the slots in the armor, we recommend Emeralds in Armor for increased Dexterity, and Diamonds in Jewelry to help cap Elemental Resistance. Mercenary & Reinforcement Hires In this build, players are free to try different combinations according to their preferences and play style. This flexibility allows players to explore more possibilities and find the combat style that suits them best. However, for players who want to get started quickly and are looking for a plug-and-play build, we recommend considering using Raheir and Varyana. In the reinforcement slot, choosing Varyana is a wise decision because her Ancient Harpoons Ability can effectively gather enemies and create more favorable conditions for Rock Splitter’s AoE. In summary, for players who are looking for a novel experience and enjoy the challenge, Rock Splitter Thorns Build is undoubtedly a choice worth trying. Finally, no matter what items or equipment you are missing in the build process, you can pay attention to Giveaway channel in iGMeet discord, which often releases Diablo 4 product giveaway information.Nov-08-2024

Diablo enthusiasts brace for the onset of Season 3, with Blizzard dropping tantalizing details that promise a game-changing experience. In this guide, we unravel the mysteries of Diablo 4 Season 3, covering everything from the start date to leaderboards, rewards, events, and crucial preparations. Diablo 4 Season 3 Start Date: The Dawn of a New Era The curtain rises on Season 3 of Diablo 4, scheduled to commence on January 23. With the development team on a Christmas New Year break until January 4, the live stream or season announcement is anticipated around January 8 or 9. As tradition dictates, the end of Season 2 seamlessly ushers in the beginning of Season 3. Mark your calendars for a journey into the unknown as Diablo 4 unveils its latest chapter. Diablo 4 Season 3 Leaderboards: A Competitive Odyssey Fan-driven community leaderboards, a staple in Diablo 4, are set for a transformation. The current setup, associated with the Abattoir of Zir, will give way to an official in-game system dubbed "The Gauntlet." Season 3 will introduce separate leaderboards for each class, alongside two-player, three-player, and four-player leaderboards. These global leaderboards promise a more connected and competitive experience, leaving behind the manual submission woes of the past. Diablo 4 Season 3 Rewards: The Spoils of Victory In the heart of The Gauntlet lies a points system, meticulously crafted for speed-focused gameplay. Weekly resets for solo barbarian leaderboards maintain the thrill of competition. Rewards, tiered across various brackets, ensure a more inclusive experience. As monsters and chests drop Proofs of Might, your score climbs, echoing the rewarding system seen in Diablo Immortal. Season 3 pledges not just prestige for the top-ranked, but acknowledgment for players across different skill brackets. Diablo 4 Season 3 Events: Helltide Unleashed Helltide, a cornerstone event, undergoes a transformation in Season 3. With a duration extended to 55 minutes and a mere 5-minute downtime between cycles, Helltide becomes a near-continuous adventure. This evolution offers players consistent opportunities to delve into demonic realms, collecting souls, Fiend rolls, and other loot without prolonged waits. Diablo 4 Season 3 invites you to embrace the intensified rhythm of Helltide. Diablo 4 Season 3 Class Changes: A Balancing Act The Diablo 4 landscape anticipates potential adjustments to specific builds. Calls for nerfs echo for builds like Ball Lightning Sorc, HoTA Barb, and Shred Druid, perceived as potentially overpowered. The struggling Necromancer class might receive buffs for its weaker builds. Rogue's Twisted Ritual skill, considered overpowered in certain interactions, stands as a candidate for a necessary adjustment. Most notably, the much-debated mechanic of snapshotting gear buffs demands a reconsideration for a fair competition on the leaderboards. Diablo 4 Season 3 Item Level 925 Drops: Unveiling New Horizons Season 3 brings a promise of new sources for item level 925 gear, adding depth to the loot experience. While currently tied to Duriel, these new sources, yet to be explicitly detailed, are underway. Season 3 holds the key to farming 925 gear, rewarding activities like gauntlet runs and leaderboard achievements. Diablo 4 Season 3 Trading: Streamlining the Exchange Console players in Diablo 4 have faced the challenge of tedious gold trades due to input limitations. Blizzard addresses this concern in Season 3 with a new gold input option for controllers. This enhancement simplifies large trades, fostering a more accessible and efficient trading market for console players. How to Prepare for D4 Season 3: A Tactical Approach 1. Crafting Material Stockpile: Gather crafting materials like Death's Tomes, Fiend Materials, and other components for seamless gear upgrades. 2. Strategic Resource Saving: Preserve rare crafting resources like Blood Amber for rerolling high-level items, anticipating increased value in the upcoming season. 3.
